It doesn't allow you to place online orders in your location, it sends you up to 50 miles away when there are products in your location and it is always that problem.

This place has awful customer service. Their cashier yell at me for something they messed up on, making me cry. They also sent an online order of mine to the wrong house, and when they send it back it was only half. They continued to charge me for both orders. I will never shop at a big lot again.
