I was very pleased with his Customer Service skills, and how efficient and easy-going he was. Chris did an excellent job on my bike I am very pleased. The bike is running great . I’m very pleased with the outcome and the price was very very reasonable thank you for a job well done.”

He picked a bike, but wanted a specific color, and they had it at the Richardson location. They told me that it can be delivered to this store in two days. I picked up the bike two days later.”

“Very nice experience.I rented an electric bike for a few hours. I picked it up in less than 5 minutes, it was in perfect condition.The store is ideally located, close to a bike path that leads to White Rock Lake. The walk is very nice.I recommend.”
