I shopped here for YEARS and bought THOUSANDS of dollars in wholesale goods for my shop. I normally paid with my BUSINESS American Express but that time I had to pay IN PERSON with my personal GOLD American Express (which has no credit limit). Somebody there used my card and you will never guess what they tried to buy? A $45,000 RIDE ON A PRIVATE JET!! The older woman rang me up, but it was probably the tall younger guy. Amex called me to verify before putting it through - I declined it. I requested a credit for the last items I bought and haven't shopped there since. The older gentleman can be extremely kind or extremely rude.

Automatically assumed that I didn't have a tax ID. Bad service. Will not go in there again. Would rather spend my money where I'm not judged on my looks. I drove from Midland TX and was looking a little rough. Little do they know I was ready to invest in my business. Disappointed. I could even say it was racist....

i just received my order and was very disappointed that i was sent the wrong color carry-on luggage. i ordered red and received green. i contacted the store associate and was told that i could either send it back(at my expense) or sell it. it would cost me at least $30 to mail it usps which is the cheapest. also i already have it in green. i wanted another color.

I will admit that the first order that I placed with them was wrong. They didn't send all of my items. I kept on calling them until I got all my order and they corrected the problem. I have placed several orders with them lately over 4 within the past year and I haven't had any more problems with them. But after reading these posts I don't think that I'll be ordering from them again.

I walked in as a business owner ready to spend and didn’t receive a hello or how may I help you or any type of welcoming acknowledgment. The female worker or owner just stared at me with a blank look then walked out of the store. The male owner did not acknowledge me at all. i walked around the store for a while looking around and still no help from them. I walked out of the store because I did not feel welcomed and the male owner followed me outside without saying a word. Very weird. I just seen another review on here about how poorly they treated a African American female so maybe because of the color of my skin they felt no need to acknowledge me as a paying customer. So rude and unprofessional and does not deserve my money!

Not surprised at all! David the owner is the worst! There are other ways for a retail store to get Montana West products! Even Montana West state that he lies! Web site has more Mt West products than Mt West and the go-to the warehouse!!! Gave him my ID and my credit card pictures! And this still was not enough! Because billing address does not meet shipping nor does it meet where my house is!!!! I am always getting products and I don't need a porch pirate stealing! I use UPS has a mailing address. Please don't use him!!! Update!!!! No kidding I am a business owner!! I have multiple address! Still the worse. People go to YK they are AWESOME best prices.

The workers acted super rude towards me and my mom, he kicked us out the store due to accidentally going through the wrong door and told us we couldn’t shop there since it’s not open to the public and only wholesale, which we did have our tax ID number but by the way he acted toward us we decided to leave, highly do not recommend shopping here.

Received an email that my package will be delivered today. I ordered nothing, nor did anyone in my family. I tracked the origin to Best Choice - Dallas, so I tried to call them to find out what's going on. I am concerned about my card getting hacked. No answer, but a recording that says "the destination mailbox is full." Sounds like either a shady or really unprofessional business.

I have placed several orders with them and had no problems, until my last 2 orders. Damaged, missing and wrong purses. I tried to email but it always says the email can't go through.
