Interesting underwhelming experience at Best Buy 9378 North Central Expressway Dallas. Background: Within the last ten days I purchased roughly $1,100 dollars in products from Best Buy and was in the process of purchasing an additional item for $340 when I noticed that if I purchased Best Buy Plus I would save roughly $140. In addition I could leverage additional savings on the recently purchased products. I proceeded to store and inquired if I needed to return all items, purchase Best Buy Plus, then purchase all four items, representative 1 was not sure who refereed me to representative 2 who was unsure who called the manager. The manager informed me that we could accomplish the price adjustment for all four items without a return. When representative 2 rang up the purchase the total included only the savings for the new item and not the three previous items. When I mentioned this to representative 2 she rudely responded you cannot receive the sale price on the previous items. I asked for the manager who made the price adjustment. When I informed the manager of the unprofessional behavior of representative 2 all she said was I hear you no eye contact no apologies.
I simply sum this up to the overall lack of intellect and professionalism in the retail industry.

The staff is very professional. Moreover, this store was recently remodeled. I feel like I am in an apple store. From the home/theater section to the laptops, to the cameras. The look and feel of this store makes you want to stay for hours. I was in the market for a camer and stuck between the Canon R7 and the Sony Alpha 6700. Oscar was very professional and helped on numerous occasions. His skill and expertise is an asset to Best Buy. I highly recommend this location to my friends and family!

The service has gotten better. (I have records of the purchaseif the store managerwpuld like it) I went to buy a PS5 back in in September 2023. When I first went in and asked for it the sales person actually asked me if I had money to buy before he went to the back to get my PS5. Rude! Now this last time in June was way better. New staff if I'm right. Everyone was very helpful and nice. When I asked for someone to unlock what I wanted to see that did not ask me if I had money. Super helpful and this time they made sure I was happy. Nice improvement!!

I will not come back to this Best Buy in Dallas, Tx off of 75/Park Lane. They wouldn't allow me to look at a phone before buying it. They iterally accuse me of wanting to steal it but that was not the case. The sale lady had the box up to her chest. I went off in the store on her and another employee along with the manager of the store. I went to a different store and was able to get what I need without someone thinking that I was going to steal it. This is the worst place to come and shop if they are going to accuse people of stealing and I never gave them any reason to think that.

I purchased an online order to avoid the line at the front. Order pickups no longer have a separate line and there’s only one cashier for a line of 6 people. Waiting over 10 minutes doesn’t seem like a lot but when you utilize this service so it’s faster, it’s a little frustrating having to wait. Order pickup is the only way I shop here so I’ll be using Targets order pick up in the future, it’s more streamlined and efficient.
