I called several times to ask if the gun smith would work on an english fowler. Both times the gun smith told me to bring it down. After taking time off work and driving down from McKinney, the gun smith said he doesn't work on muzzle loaders. Seriously? A gun smith doesn't know what an english fowler is? He also cares so little for his customer's time that he doesn't bother to look it up before he tells me to drive 2+ hours to have him look at my gun for 2 seconds? What an utter unprofessional fool.

This shop was absolutely amazing. Lots of items from clothing and shoes to guns of all different types, including some handguns. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly with us and assisted me in my purchase process. I will be returning soon to shop some more. Parking is not easy but that’s just the norm for this area so plan accordingly.

I flew in from the west coast for the day to get a hands-on look at a Beretta Premium shotgun I’ve been reading about and viewing YouTube videos for months. The gun was everything I had imagined and more and the staff is top notch (courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, etc.) just as I had expected.

I recently purchased a rifle from Beretta Gallery and the service was outstanding. Anthony was the name of the employee that helped me and he was fantastic to work with. Anthony was patient with my questions and gave expert guidance. Once I was ready to purchase, Anthony quickly had the product shipped the next day and it arrived at my FFL transfer the following day. I will continue to shop at Beretta and will seek Anthony's support again when I do. Thanks for a great experience...love my new rifle!

If you want quality customer service, where the store actually cares about delivering on their word, shop anywhere else.Called ~15 months ago about the BRX1 and provided my information to purchase when the product became available in the US, imagine the shock when I went into the retail location last Friday only to find out it’s been released for some time now. Oh, and to top it off, the employee working noted that the story / comment above “sounds about right” and that all the models in the store were reserved for others - some top notch work, fellas.
