Bella Bridesmaids is a great shop to get your bridesmaid dresses. They have an amazing assortment of options! If you're anything like me, your bridesmaids are scattered across the country, so the chain of shop helped immensely. Most girls visited their local shop to get measured and then placed the order. **MY ADVICE IS THIS: Beware of timelines & fees! **As soon as you purchase your bridal gown, immediately check with Bella Bridesmaids on their required lead time for most designers. This will open up your options immensely. Don't wait until it's crunch time because you may only have 1 designer to choose from... and you also may need the dresses RUSH delivered with a fee!! Not only that - although it's amazing that the shops are nationwide for all girls to try on before buying - there is a FEE to be drop shipped to their home or their local shop. The only way delivery is free if it is delivered to the designated main showroom. In my case, this added $25 to everyone's order for drop ship delivery & a few gals required the $25 RUSH fee as well. I'll probably leave another review after the dresses are received so stay tuned...Helpful service overall though!

Anna-Maria was SO wonderful! She made this plus-sized girl feel beautiful, and she was attentive to all of my needs including budget, fit, dancing, etc! My only complaint was regarding the sizing available for fittings. Not very inclusive and could have ruined my experience if it weren’t for my amazing consultant.

The team at Bella Bridesmaids was very helpful and attentive from my very first email! They answered all of my questions and we had a great fitting experience with Lauryn. The selection was great and we love our final picks.

I have used this place a few times for weddings, so this "establishment" has my sizes from several of my past orders. Unfortunately, I needed a bridesmaid dress from Bella Bridesmaids for another upcoming wedding, so I ordered a dress recently with all of my sizing details on my account like I had done in the past. However, when I received this new dress, it wasn't even remotely close to my size. Almost laughable. I may have fit into this when I was 9 years old. And thanks to the extraordinary service from Bella Bridesmaids, I am unable to get a refund/exchange for this dress that would not even fit my 30 pound cocker spaniel. What a joke!

If I could give this company 0 stars, it would make me feel a lot better. The store’s policy is just horrible and makes the whole experience not fun. PLEASE do not take your bridesmaids here. This is coming from one who is sitting here frustrated at having to spend almost $400 just to buy and tailor this dress. The dresses aren’t special. They are simple and not worth it. Birdygrey and Azazie have MUCH better and AFFORDABLE options and better return policies. These stores have sizes that won’t make you feel horrible about your body/weight. I’m typically a 10-12 and they sized me at an 18. Talk about really messing with your mental health when it comes to body image issues. The other thing is this place doesn’t even carry bigger sizes! They mostly go up to a 6-8. So how am I supposed to tell you which dress is the one I want, if I can’t even try it on? This place is terrible. I just hope these reviews make it so low that no one goes here.They also lied to our bride and said they did in-store tailoring when in fact they don’t.PLEASE BRIDES DO NOT TAKE YOUR GIRLS HERE. If you love your bridesmaids, you won’t subject them to hefty costs and a terrible experience.

My family and I went to Bella Bridesmaids to look for bridesmaids dresses for my sisters. This location was clean, smelled fantastic (very relaxing), and our consultant, Anna-Maria, was outstanding. She prepared for our appointment based on the information I filled out when making the appointment, and she had dresses pulled that fit the list. She was excellent in helping pick colors and dresses that fit our price range and desired qualities. I would definitely recommend Anna-Maria. She made our experience fantastic! The dresses and experience at Bella Bridesmaids are superior to those would you find at other stores. They also have sample heels to use when trying on dresses to get a better idea of what you might like in a dress. Fantastic!

This place is notorious for having terrible customer service and once again, they lived up to their reputation. I'm a bridesmaid and when I went to go get all my measurements taken, the woman who helped me suggested I get a size 8 based on the designers measurements. To put it into perspective for you, I am usually a size 4 for all my formal dresses, and I told her I wasn't comfortable with such a large size but she suggested I do it so I respected her judgement as she is the "professional". When I received the dress it was so badly wrinkled that the dry cleaner had to do two rounds of deep steaming to get the wrinkles out. In addition, the dress was SO LARGE on me it looked like a garbage bag. I had to pay $100 for alterations on top of already paying $200 for this dress. This is the BEST part: When I called Bella Bridesmaids to tell them how unhappy I was with the quality the dress was delivered to me in, they said well the dress comes in a bag and we don't open the bag up to review so it's the designers problem not ours. You're telling me, you have customers paying $200+ for a dress and when you receive the dress from the designer you don't do a quality check??? What dress shop doesn't inspect a dress before giving it to their customers. I also informed her how unhappy I was with the size and she goes, well if you place a new order today I get you the dress in time for the wedding and you can buy it at wholesale price. You're kidding, right??? I've already paid $200 for a dress that came in terrible condition, and double my size because of your employee's suggestion, but now I must go pay an additional amount for a new dress. Just ridiculous! BRIDES, do you and and your bride tribe a favor and don't go here!! Pick another store or let your bridesmaids pick their own dresses. Save yourself and all your bridesmaids money and time.

Please do not subject your bridesmaids and their wallet to this place ? I hate writing a negative review, so I will say that everyone at Bella is super kind, but due to their policies, is not actually helpful. I had to get a bridesmaids dress here (it’s beautiful, for the record), which was already close to $300, not including hemming it, which was another $75 due to how the dress is sewn (which is quality). Bella operates under a no exchange/return policy, so even after getting measured in their store, they ordered me a dress that was too small, and refused to order me a new size, meaning I had to purchase a new dress and now am stuck with two. The quality of these dresses is not worth this entire experience. Spare your gals and order from azazie.

We had a wonderful experience at Bella Bridesmaids! As soon as we walked in, Bre had already pulled dresses that were within the color palette I had requested so that we could see them all together - I knew I wanted my bridesmaids to be in mismatched dresses but wanted to make sure the colors flowed together. From there I selected the colors I liked and Bre pulled dresses that were available to order in those fabrics.All four of my bridesmaids started trying on the dresses Bre brought out, looking to see what they were most comfortable in and what color would best fit each of their skin tones. She was so patient with us, allowing us to take pictures, try on and re-try on dresses and really get an idea for what they were each looking for. It was a great visit.We did ultimately find our dresses elsewhere, but I would absolutely recommend Bella Bridesmaid to any bridal party looking for an extensive selection and excellent service.

Awful experience, the lady measured my 2 daughters and encouraged them to order up, the dresses came in hanging off of them! She told us this is the way the designer intended them to fit, and anyway it's too late to do anything so now we have to pay double to essentially have the dress remade!!! The girls that ordered their true size fit great! Also very rude!!!

I absolutely loved Bella Dallas. The bridesmaid dress selection and service was fabulous. Sarah and the team answered all my questions quickly and was able to set up showings for my family members on my dress choices. Ordering and shipping was fast and convenient even when ordering from 2 different designers. Shipping to multiple states for my ladies was easy and dresses arrived without issue. I would deff order again.
