I'm only giving this place one star ⭐️ because they did take the time to gather my eight items before I got there… But once I got there to pick up the items, the owner was very rude telling me that they don't have time to do things like that and they're extremely busy however, I clearly only saw three people in the store.I would not choose to go to this beauty supply if it was by choice simply because lack of professionalism. The way they talk to their patrons, they actually don't deserve to be open there's too many beauty supplies to go to that would be Way more appreciative of your business!!!!

The black lady help me pick my things out was very helpful I went to check out I picked up to bag I told her I would debate between 1 or 2 bags of hair she held at the counter for me I for got I had to bags I paid 160 for everything the hair was on sale asked her before I even left the store to take one bag back I forgot it was 2 she wouldn’t take it back or give me the manager number I’m all about supporting businesses but I would never come back to place that’s over price but also trying to con they customers n bully them into keeping something they didn’t see them put n bag n refuse to take back before even leavibg the store

Was overcharged for lashes that were on sale. When I came back to try to do an exchange they stated they were closed even though it 5 till closed. I even called in attempts to tell them what happened. They let the phone ring and refused to let me in. I was showing my receipt as well. It was a bad experience. The fact that they exited… Walked past me and acted like they didn’t see me was disheartening.

I've been a customer of this place for at LEAST 15 years and have NEVER had an issue until today. The owners are Asian; I'm black, and I've never had any problems with them as far as what you hear about how Asians treat their black customers, but today a man literally followed me around aisle to aisle. It was SO obvious and the owner, I'm guessing she is; she wasn't even her usual smiling self. I get that people steal, and I'm sure that it's maddening, but you just loss a customer and I'll be shopping at the new black owned beauty supply store on Beltline (BPolished Beauty Supply) because I didn't appreciate what happened today at this place AT ALL.

I drove out of my way to patronize this building only for them to not be open. Google says that they are open and they also have a sign that says they open at 930 AM on their door. It is now 941AM and they aren’t open.

Just bought a item sat in my car and realized it was the wrong size, I go back in the store and they said I couldn’t exchange it for the smaller one and get the difference because I paid with cash. The only option was store credit, However I just simply wanted my money back. That was very inconvenient!!!! I told them I am not close to the location therefore, I would not need store credit.The staff did not work with me.
