At first I was so impressed with this dealership. The guys who worked there they were so nice and paperwork was super fast…. The vehicle we got from there I was in love with until we actually took it home and found out the check engine light comes on, we haven’t even made our first payment yet! When we got home from the dealership one of the tires has two nails in it! The car doesn’t have apply car play like it advertised on the website, they said they changed the oil, they didn’t. They just reset the oil life, and to top it off it’s missing the oil stick! Also the back windshield wipers for the water doesn’t work!!! And the cruise control doesn’t work either! To say I’m very pissed is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!! Also the car was detailed like they said it was because when I got in the very back it wasn’t even vacuumed! All they did was rise on the outside. Also the sensors on the door mirrors that are supposed to indicate that people or a car are next to us just goes off randomly even if nothing is there!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I purchased a vehicle from them an was told it was in great shape. I received the vehicle and it has a hole in the radiator and lines. Had to have that replaced. The engine has a miss fire in random cylinders. Tire pressure sensors replaced. The AC system has to be replaced. Brakes were bad and so we're the shocks. Cam shaft sensor replaced. Fuel injector flush and tune up done in order to try and solve miss fire issues with no luck. Had to go to the Cadillac dealership to get the computer flashed and install 52 updates. This car has turned out to be a lemon. All this from them telling me it was in amazing shape. When I called to speak to an owner I was told they will call me back and never did. I have proof of my purchase and mechanic shop visits. SAFE YOURSELF AMD DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY LIE ABOUT QUALITY OF VEHICLES. I WILL BE CONTACTING AN AUTO FRAUD ATTORNEY SINCE THEY DON'T WANT TO CALL ME BACK. Update... Check engine light has come on and throttle body needs to be replaced. Worst dealership ever update again... Oil pump just went out. So far it will cost more in repairs than what the car is worth. Do not buy from here

Stellar staff and experience! I felt like I was working with a friend or family member. The entire time, I never felt like I was being sold to. In fact, I felt like I was being helped (not always the case when buying a car) and was not pressured into buying. Steve answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect vehicle to meet my needs and made me feel like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. Upon settling on a vehicle, Bryant ensured I had the best warranty and financing possible. Overall, easy process and highly recommend this business!

We spent a week corresponding with a sales rep about a vehicle. He said the vehicle was going through an inspection and would get back to us once it was ready. He messaged stating the vehicle was ready to go.
We had just a few more questions and we told him we were ready to move forward with purchasing the vehicle.
We didn't hear back so we reached out and he responded stating it had been sold by another sales rep after we said we were ready to purchase.

TLDR: Wonderful experience, would go back for next vehicle and recommend to friends and family.
We’d never gone to a none manufacturer dealer and were a bit nervous but they had great pricing on a truck we were interested in. Truck looked great and drove well. They changed the brake pads and front rotors; and resurfaced the rear rotors before we drove off with the vehicle. They don’t haggle on pricing but, we still came out of the deal for less than going to a manufacturer dealer. There’s no reconditioning fee or nonsense like that either. The price you see is what you pay + TTL.
We had the truck for about a week, then the transmission went out completely. BBC Motorsports paid for a tow truck to pick up our truck an hour away from their shop. They took care of the cost to rebuild the transmission too!
Good pricing, no hidden fees, 0 pressure shopping process and overall a great experience. Absolutely would go back and refer them to others!

My wife bought a 2017 grand cherokee from them with 66,xxx miles on it. It was bought site unseen and shipped to us in Mississippi 500 miles away. Day 10 the EGR valve failed leaving us stranded. Steve Reyes the salesman, tracked down a part that was on national back order and sent it to us so we could get back going. I truly appreciate the assistance that was provided to us.
