The Consultation Person Michelle P. Told Me a Flat -out Lie. She should have said I don’t know How the dexcom g7 Machine Works but I will try to show you. What she said was Oh “You can use the adapter or your phone.” I did not receive The Machine because I couldn’t use my phone for set-up. I wasted hours at The Pharmacy with Michelle P. Continue to lie saying She Called The Company That makes The Machine Dexcom g7 and They Told Her To Refer Me To The video, What if I Was Blind Everyone does Not Have A Smartphone. Then she said go back to your doctor office they have a person there from dexcom representative who can help you WHAT!! Michelle P . Tried to tell me anything she is unaware of the medical device the pharmacy sells ..I am so sad that was my first time going to That Pharmacy and my Last.

This is the best pharmacy ever. I love the drive thru. Sometimes the line is quite long, however, it moves fairly quickly. Staff are helpful and don’t mind taking the time to explain things when there is confusion. I would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a pharmacy in the Dallas area.

My prescription has a lot of stock issues therefor I initiate re-filling early (up to 7 days) in case I need to call around for stock. Sometimes I call 10-15 pharmacy locations before I find stock. This time they said it was filled and mentioned I couldn’t pick it up till a specific date. Makes sense. I do this to ensure the order is filled. This week I can’t pick it up because they didn’t actually fulfill the order. The way they phrased the response felt as if they are punishing me for being proactive about filling my order. I’ve been calling asking when it’ll be ready. I’m told because I asked to fill it early, they didn’t fill it at all - even though the request is in the system. It’s 3 days after the allowed pick up date and currently without medication for 1 day.
