I totally had the worst experience with the pharmacy on the 3rd floor, the pharmacist showed no compassion whatsoever for the patient and I waited over an hour and half for something that was supposed to be ready in 30 mins.

Usually this place is on point, but the last two days it has been unorganized chaos and they’re playing with my life. I’m on anti rejection meds and they find it acceptable for me to miss doses or lower my doses due to their lack of effort. Truly embarrassing if you ask me.

Pharmacy in Waxahachie is open to early in the morning and not late enough in the evening for customers. More people need this pharmacy late in the day and not early in the morning.

Located on the second floor of the Sammons Cancer Center. Parking is under the building or by valet at the front entrance. The staff are very knowledgeable and you can get many specialized meds for cancer and transplant patients to either pick up or have mailed to your home. Medicare patients can have specialized meds as Part B rather than Part D saving out-of-pocket costs that would be charged at a local pharmacy.Update: I've been using thwm for 6 months now and i can't believe how courteous and helpful they are. They've got every base covered. When I find I am completely out of an extremely vital, life-giving med that can't be missed, I call and it arrives the next day. My sense of relief and thankfulness abounds! I learned one important thing recently. If it is an important drug, talk directly with a staff member. Don't just use the automated system. I hate to bother them but they recommended this so i will do that next time.Update: I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this pharmacy! Recently I was almost completely out of an important daily anti-rejection med. I called on a Friday, knowing they are closed over the weekend and pleaded my case. If it didn't go out that day, I wouldn't get it any sooner than the following Tuesday, meaning several days without the med!The staff member said she would do all she could to see it went out that day and to call her back after 1pm to see if it went out. I called and it went out. I got it the next day, right in time to take my pills! I now have a reminder set to refill this every month! Thank you to the person who helped me!
