I work at Baylor and the workers are rude in general and they have no sense of time. Told me to come back in an hour… went back an hour and 20 minutes and still not ready. They wanted me to wait more. Would rather go somewhere else.

Always professional even with patients who are impatient and rude while they wait for their doctor’s prescriptions to be cleared by the pharmacy and the insurance. Watched Crystal and Taylor act very courteously and politely as a customer took their names down for something that they clearly had no control over. Poor people have to deal with so much and they did it with tact.
