This review is for the Snider Plaza location and the entire bank. I have one little question I want answered. However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone. It is ridicule!!!! I am ready to switch banks!!

Bad location... called a handful of times before arrival, no answer. Arrived needed time sensitive documents notarized and there was not a notary at this branch. Bank of America needs to improve this location.

Convenient location for SMU students to walk to but otherwise a painful experience to park, pull into the ATM or window, and access this location overall. Not sure if the tellers the couple of times I have been here thought I was a student at first or not, shouldn't matter if I was or not, but the conversation initially was a bit ruder than my experience at other locations. At least they aren't currently being prosecuted by the government for opening fake accounts in my name like others right now.

This bank is terrible. There are MAYBE one or two clerks that are nice. I make deposits daily for a corporate account and EVERYTIME I visit I get the cold shoulder. I often make several deposits at a time including change orders. It always seems like a "problem" or "hassle" to do this. This is your JOB BOA tellers and employees!!! I have often deposited in the drive thru because there is VERY LIMITED PARKING. I have even received snarky remarks when depositing inside the building such as " oh, you actually found parking today?" ( As I have expressed to BOA before that this can be slightly frustrating) I realize this bank is in Highland Park but that is no reason to treat customers like they're imbeciles. Most of the time I am greated with a nice "Hello", but after I tell them what I need I am given multiple eye rolls and rude remarks muttered under their breath. I understand there are frustrations with any job, but it seems like everyone at this location hates their job.

They only had one teller when I went there. I was upset at the insane overdraft charges they gave me. I swear they just want to charge overdraft charges. In fact in 2015, BoA made over $1 billion in overdraft charges. Being in line for 20 minutes gave me time to look that up. I like that BoA have outlets and ATMs all over the place, but the charges are getting to be too much.

Took them forever just to do a simple maintenance on a debit card. They had us sit down with a banker and she profiled us, trying to get more business. I didn't have time for that! I wanted to go to lunch! The employees seem friendly but they kept their distance, no engaging conversation and didn't take the time to get to know me personally, just asked questions that she was trained to do.
