Jennifer and Leandro went above and beyond to help me and my clients. By far some of the best customer service I have received in a long time and wanted to recognize for them. Hope to continue seeing them at this location because they are truly exceptional.

If you need anything other than a withdrawal do NOT go to this locationThis bank has to be the worst Bank of America I have ever been to. Jennifer and the rest of the staff are so rude I cannot imagine how this branch is still even open. They try to just get you to do stuff online, they have terrible customer service, and want you to schedule an appointment because they claim they are so busy when the branch is completely busy. The workers are hanging out in the offices twiddling their thumbs and act like you are inconveniencing them when you ask for help.

I was just told I can’t get an account document in the bank. Please what’s that building for? i literally have multiple account with you guys plus I called the customer care before going there wasted my Precious time.

What horrible experience at a bank I have ever had, long waits and rude employees. Came in waited for 20 minutes only to have another costumer be told he could skip the line before me.

Most people only write reviews if they had a bad experience, especially at a bank, so here’s a 5 star review. My experience today was prompt and fast. Keep up the good work. A+ that the branch was nice a tidy.

Came to deposit a check of $500 (my security deposit from my apartment) took 15 minutes to see a teller. Once I was seen, I deposited my check and was told funds would be available within 24 hours. Waited to only find out a hold was on the check and funds wouldn’t be made available until 13 days later. Deposited this check on the 29th which means I have bills due from the 1st-10th. Now I can’t handle my business because BOA. Can’t handle theirs. Requested my check back to cash elsewhere and close my account and even that was an issue.

Zero help, like eating paint chips for fun. everything you need done will be done from a third party and not through them. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else to do your banking
