Writing this review as it's a cool place to see if you have time. It's a beautiful building inside and out. We happened upon this place as it was next to the hotel where we were staying and there is a Grandy's "restaurant" on the lower level of the building. (I say "restaurant" as it's more of counter you order at and carry your food away when it's warmed up) It took us minute to locate the Grandy's since it was not visible from the outside, as it is on the lower level, even with Google's assistance. There is a Subway (sandwiches) on the same level. After receiving your food there are couple of seating areas close by. One of the areas have a view of small waterfall and Koi Pond.
There is also a fully restored 1957-ish BMW Isetta 300 located in one of the main lobbies, which is beautiful! One of the lobby employees saw us admiring the car and asked if we'd like to sit in it while he photographed us. Wow, that was pretty cool of him, and a cool experience to sit in this tiny thing!! The entry door is actually the front of the car which swings completely open.
This is a neat building to visit if you're close and need a bite to eat or if you want to see a cool building or car. I imagine the banking and conference areas are top notch as well.

Just want to say Bank of America is the ABSOLUTE worst bank to deal with. HIGHLY do not recommend. Not even 0 star’s explain the frustration.

Dallas's tallest building at 72 floors and 921ft. The subterranean level is host to a food court and the Dallas tunnel system connecting the tower to The Westin and Renaissance Tower. Somewhat disappointing that the tower's primary tenant (and namesake) will be leaving for a to-be-constructed tower overlooking Klyde Warren Park.

The Bank of American building is lit up beautifully at night. It is a big part of why people say downtown Dallas is pretty at night.

I left Bank of America at this location because they don't share full disclosure, for their accounts. There should be a safety procedure for all activities to the client protection against theft. All they told me is there has to be a balance of a $100.00, and the experienced of theft didn't show up in my phone, the money was just gone. When they said there has to be a balance that says to me that the bank won't allow me to exceed the $100.00 amount, but it did allow theft without showing up in the app. The app didn't show transactions of the money being spent in me phone at all. At least a $100.00 stolen out of my account, no resolution.

I recently visited the Bank of America Downtown branch and had an incredibly disappointing experience with their customer service. As a loyal customer for over 20 years, I expected better treatment and a basic level of attentiveness. Unfortunately, the service I received fell far below my expectations.During my visit, I approached a representative and kindly requested change for a $20 bill. To my surprise, they seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence. Despite reiterating my long-standing relationship with the bank, it seemed as though they were intentionally disregarding me.The lack of attention and assistance was truly frustrating. I understand that the bank may have busy periods, but as a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with respect and given the assistance I needed. Instead, the representatives chose to remain behind their desks, seemingly oblivious to my request. As someone who has been with Bank of America for such a significant period, this experience was disheartening. Customer service should be the cornerstone of any successful bank, and unfortunately, this branch failed to deliver. I felt neglected, disrespected, and undervalued as a customer.I hope that Bank of America takes this feedback seriously and addresses the shortcomings of their customer service at the Downtown branch. As loyal customers, we deserve better treatment and assistance, especially when making simple requests like obtaining change.I sincerely hope that my experience was an isolated incident and that Bank of America works to improve its customer service standards. However, based on my recent encounter, I cannot recommend the Downtown branch to others who expect quality service and respect from their bank.It is my hope that Bank of America reevaluates its approach to customer service and ensures that all customers, regardless of the simplicity of their request or the length of their relationship, receive the attention and care they deserve.

Next to the Bank of America building but haven’t had more than one teller every time I’ve visited. Take your money elsewhere, they can’t even function this close to home

Impressive and beautiful building in the center of Dallas, which lights up in different colors at night.

Fingerprint woman is rude! The gentlemen at reception was very helpful, but the lady that takes your finger prints is absurdly rude.I went here to get prints done for a new position. To have professional level future employees interact with this person is not a good look for the company.

Big time crooksI went to open an account with a check, the Hispanic woman assisting me was super flirting and nosy about my life in general I was asked so many personal questions it was so very odd? After that she tried to say they needed to see if I ever opened an account with the bank in the past ironically she claim that there was a past due balance and they would need to deduct a portion from my check but the whole process would take a few weeks to clear.Needless to say I took myself and my check to Fort worth and received cash the same day?
