Very professional! The young lady in the front knows what she's doing and very easy to talk to. Her father is the owner of the place and also a great tailor! Highly recommend this place for all your dry cleaning and alteration needs!!

They are a hidden gem in an unassuming storefront. Reliable, inexpensive, and honest. Family owned and everyone is super nice. On more than one occasion they've gone the extra mile to remove a stain that didn't come out according to their expectations. They really know what they're doing. Been coming here for years.

I have been a customer of this place for almost a year. Few weekends ago, I took a dress shirt that I know I told has soda stains on it. That's why I took it there because I know they will do a better job that me. When I went to pick it up, they had it covered between two shirts and it didn't see that the stains looked worse than when I dropped them off. So I went back to tell the older guy, I said sir, I wonder why this soda stain gotten worse than when I dropped them off. He looked me and said, I don't knows, I said, I know it had soda stains on it, that's why I brought it in. I think he didn't understand what I was saying. He looled pissed off because i brought it back so they can see if they can remov the stains. I came back next week, he said, we washed it again, it didn't go off. He said, "I even checked the camera, when you dropped it off, it has stains." I was like, I know it has stains, I wanted you to remove it. Three month ago, I had a really nice dress shirt that I had just bought from Men'swarehouae. It had one pen stain on it that it very obvious. I honestly didn't even know about it until I was ready to wear it. I took back to him and I said sir, when I brought this shirt, it didn't have this stain on it, he said oh no, it was there. And I was like okay, if you seen it on there, why didn't you tell me that it didn't go? He said we tried it wouldn't go. So I paid for both shirts basically for nothing. In fact, he got mad at me for pointing out the mistakes they did. A good business would have apologized and at least wouldn't charge me for it. I honesyly didn't care about the money. The fact that he got mad both times and lied about it, it made me sad. An older guy would act like he's right the whole time it's just sad. I wouldn't go back to this business and honestly, I won't recommend to others. I hope this review teach the older guy a listen that he has to be honest about the mistake and that they make and work the customers to solve the problem and not loss a value customer.
