For reference, this is the first time I’ve ever felt an urge to leave a 5 star review for any business. Usually it’s out of obligation, however I’m glad to do this.Diana Zasseeva is in sales at this location. I had emailed this location asking about various Grand Seiko time pieces. She texted me with pictures of the ones I had an interest in, and showed me comparable watches that matched the dimensions of the watch I was wanting to buy, but wasn’t going to be released for a few months. I came in, she was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient (I’m from Oklahoma and she had to wait a while for me to come in). I make the payment and was very pleased.Fast forward to 3-4 months later when the watch is supposed to be released, I call in the first week of June to get an idea of when it will be released. I did not expect for her to remember me, but she remember me quite vividly, and even recalled the time we met and all the watches we looked at. That is incredibly impressive. Car salesman don’t have that kind of capability. Diana is top tier and I highly recommend new business coming to her.

I couldn’t recommend this place more! I was in the market looking to get my first watch, and I had an idea of what I wanted, yet couldn’t pin point exactly, so I came to an authorized dealer- Bachendorf’s! I was greeted and assisted by Justin, who was absolutely wonderful, and a very helpful young lady. Justin spent all the time needed helping me choose, go over watches, movements, price, types of Omegas. I also was dressed down, and didn’t feel judged at all.After about an hour, maybe an hour and half, I finally picked out my perfect watch. I didn’t feel rushed to pick a certain watch, or forced into a specific price bracket. Justin walked me through everything on how the watch works, adjusting/changing times, date, getting it sized correctly for it to sit the wrist, and how to maintain it. He was open and honest with any questions I had, no matter how small or big.Thank you to everyone here that made my first purchase of a luxury watch amazing, easy/fun and one to remember! If, and when, I decide to get another watch for any reason in the future, this is the first place I’m coming to!

Rudest service I've received in Dallas to date. Salesman, Justin Schultz, was so condescending to me and I was not granted the quote we were given the day before for adjusting a watch band which would've been fine if the salesman wasn't so rude about it! They have lost me as a client and I will no longer be recommending them in the future!

I was racially profiled by the salesman at this store. I visited this establishment to see if they would be able to help correct an issue with a watch I recently purchased. I watched a woman walk in 30 seconds before me with no issue, when I go to enter the store the salesman locked the door by pressing the button underneath the counter, and he met me at the door with the police officer in tow. He proceeded to inform me that they couldn't be of service to me and I should try the other jewelry establishment across the street. I left and sat in my vehicle and watched a man walk in with no incident and no locked doors in less than a minute after I left. As a black man who grow up in predominantly white neighborhood and who works in corporate America as a corporate banker and salesman myself, I am a very presentable person and do not give of the impression of a threat to store or anyone else for that matter. The actions of this salesman was unacceptable, and hope that it doesn't represent the values of Bachendorf's.

I went in the other day with my father to look at a couple timepieces to potentially purchase my first one. Arnaud greeted us and was incredibly helpful and guiding throughout the entire process, showing me many amazing pieces eventually leading to a great purchase. I highly recommend anyone considering getting their first or another timepiece to visit Arnaud at Bachendorf’s and you will not be dissapointed!

Do not shop this store. Very snobby and dismissive, especially Maverick. Not interested in helping anyone except his private client list. Quite obvious. If you don't make the cut, you're out of luck. I live in Dallas and have plenty other options.

I've walked into this location multiple times over the years. Always leave my name and contact with specific watches I've been wanting to buy. And not once have I received a call or text from anyone. Save your time, they don't want your business.

I have bought 4 watches from Diana. She is a phenomenal saleswoman, bought 3 watches for myself and 1 as a gift. She is very communicative, kind and overall will always give you a good deal. She was my first connection with bachendorfs and is the main reason I keep coming back.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bachendorf’s. I was instantly greeted by Rick who was super helpful and kind in trying to help me find a Rolex. Listened to what I was looking for and found me a watch that worked for me. Did not try to upsell me or sell me the most expensive watch he had, took his time and found exactly what I wanted. Night and day experience compared to other local jewelry stores, and will certainly be back soon.

The rudeness of the staff blew my mind so much, I thought I was in a prank show. I went in to get my Rolex sized and repaired. I look young, but came in professionally with an expensive watch and the intention of purchasing more jewelry. I fully intended on buying my birthday gift today. However, the salesman who helped me out changed my mind and lost the store a sale. He was dismissive of my concerns and spoke over me on multiple occasions. Towards the end of the visit, I was mid-sentence and he turned and *walked away*. I had to follow him to continue speaking, as my comment was important to the repair of the watch. While I was still talking, he went into another room to grab something. He was completely silent when he came out and almost didn't even look at me. Finally, I had to ask if he had heard what I had said. He turned around and responded in a way I can only describe as *sassy*. All he did was repeat the sentence I just said to him, as if I was a child or an annoyance. For a quality jewelry store, the entire interaction deeply disappointed me. I will be both utilizing and recommending a different establishment due to this man's rudeness towards me. He is losing the store customers.

I visited the store recently to have my watch repaired that I purchased at their boutique in HP Village. I was promptly helped with no questions asked by who I presumed was the store manager. Very friendly fellow and quite courteous. He also took the time to show me a few other watches while I waited on the repair. Always the best experiences at Bachendorf’s.
