I visit Dallas a couple times a year. I found baby bliss when I was pregnant. I loved their selection and now visit on every Dallas trip. On our last trip, I spent $600 on clothes. I also shopped at their sister store, next door, and bought a few toys. The lady at the counter, was great. She noticed that I had a ton of points and put them toward my purchase. When I was checking out at Baby bliss, the lady at the register, asked to see my card again because it timed out. I obliged and this time it printed out the receipt. A couple weeks later, my husband, was looking over the credit card statement and noticed we had been charged twice by baby bliss for the same exact amount. We disputed it with our credit card company. The store told them it was not fraudulent and that it was correct. I had spent $600 on two separate purchases. Which is absolutely inaccurate! I have emailed them and sent messages on their social media requesting a manager or owner reach out. I have not received a reply. I don’t mind spending money for my kiddo, but when I’m charged for nearly $1200 in goods and only received $600 worth, than it’s a problem. I am saddened by their lack of care. I really enjoyed shopping with them, but will be taking my business elsewhere on my next trip to Dallas.

Went in with my sister to do a little shopping for my son due in June. We got several sleepers and a teddy and found the cutest blanket. It was marked as $27, which I thought was great, and upon checking all of the other blankets they were also marked as $27 so i knew that was the price and it wasn’t a mistake. Upon checking out, the cashier said they had mislabeled the blanket. I said that all of the other blankets were priced the same, and they should honor that price as it was their mistake. The cashier refused to do so, which I find honoring the price to be a big deal in customer service as it was all blankets mislabeled and not the customers fault. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I can’t help but think if I was an older mom, instead of the same age as the cashier, she would have honored the price.

Wonderful store with very unique and specialized children's apparel. Carrie has a great eye for fashion and it shows as soon as you walk in. Great experience. Employees were eager to help.

Nice store with good baby products but TERRIBLE customer service. My wife went in with my son who turned 6 months today to buy him some toys, clothes, ect. We walked in with no greeting & dirty looks as she shopped. Soon another guest walks in and there are bursts of "Good morning, let us know if you need assistance with anything"
I will not throw the "R" word out there but seemingly so.... The workers have an issue and feel a way about certain customers. Again, will not place the "R" word after looking at the reviews of terrible customer service around the board. Never again.

It was my baby's half birthday so I wanted to grab a few new things but almost immediately became uninterested due to the AWFUL customer service. I initially was walking into the store and struggling to push my stroller in as well as hold the door as the salesperson was less than 3 feet away from me and simply watched without saying a word. I then proceeded to look around the store for about 15 minutes picking a few items up with the same salesperson WATCHING ME only a few feet behind and still NO ask for assistance or even a hello from workers. More customers entered behind me and only one or two were being welcomed. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!

I love having this boutique in DFW. When I am shopping for my toddler, I just want to see items in real life. I don't like online shopping. And Baby Bliss carries hundreds of items that Target and Buy Buy Baby do not. It's my favorite place to shop for my son's clothing and I've found unique gifts there as well.

We drove 45 minutes out of our way to go to this store. My cousin, who is 6 months pregnant, asked to use the restroom. She was told she could go across the street to the frozen yogurt shop and use their restroom. During this time I placed over $100 of products on the counter that I planned to purchase. As we shopped we noticed a restroom in the back of the store complete with a changing table. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU SEND A PREGNANT WOMAN ELSEWHERE when you have a restroom. We were in the market for several high dollar items that were on her list. You should really investigate your staff working on the day in question. We will spend our money elsewhere. Buyer Beware!

On June 30th I ordered a shower gift on the babybliss registry and received a confirmation noting that I would receive an email when the item was shipped. On July 15th I called their customer service line to ask when the order would ship as the shower was in a week. I was told that the item I purchased was out of stock and that they had to order it and that I should have received an email (I did not). She could not tell me when the item would ship but offered to have it sent directly to the Mom “whenever” it came in. There was zero apology and she was not concerned. I cancelled the order (purchased it on Amazon for the same price and delivery in 3 days) and was told it would be 10 to 14 days before they could process my $250 refund.
