This is such a great pharmacy they have specialty medications at good prices their cash prices lower than insurance prices. The staff is super friendly and very nice. The speed of the prescriptions being filled is pretty fast some days you can get it same day. They are for free shipping I believe. But it's a very knowledgeable stuff from everyone in the back to the front desk they're all very knowledgeable and well versed in what they do. I highly suggest utilize in this pharmacy.

the staff is friendly enough they offer delivery. the only thing negative I have to say about them is that they're too busy there's more work than there is people and it's already cluttered in there and everybody's already swamped so it's hard for them to give a customer a little bit of extra help if somebody needs it.

This is my fourth time complaining about an employee by the name of kemisha. is very rude and very unprofessional. I can't tell a person how to talk but when you are very ethnic and ghetto and your presentation and a professional environment then there's something wrong with your. First of all I'm not your home girl from the hood so don't talk to me like that second of all this is a business third I am a client fourth you need to to be managed a little bit better because this is my fourth complaint. I tried to avoid her at all cost and asked to speak to the pharmacist then the pharmacist tell me that person could have helped you true enough they could have helped me but they don't help me they give me a hard time and talk to me like I'm their homegirl from the hood

I have been getting medications from them for years. Very professional efficient staff and they actually seem to remember all of their customers which is probably next to Impossible. But I literally trust them with my life :-)

One of the best pharmacies out there .I have beeing with them for over 3 years now hey are always friendly and professional when i call and resolve issues quickly and efficiently and they even deliver at no cost! No long waiting versus local pharmacies and most medicines are in stock. Keep up a good work guys!

So I called Avita to request a refill on one of my prescriptions. The tech tells me the Rx will be ready for pick up on Friday. There was no mention of the pharmacy being closed. I show up to their new location (traveled from Garland to Oak Cliff) only to find their doors closed and a sign with a number to call for curb side pick up. After about 10 attempts to get someone to answer the phone, I finally gave up and drove back home. Two months ago they delivered one of my prescriptions when I made it clear that I would pick it up. I was not at home and the prescription sat in the sun for a few hours. I have had other issues with this pharmacy in the past. They don't seem to pay attention to detail, which leads to mistakes. I'm done with this business and have transferred my prescriptions elsewhere.

The staff is amazing, kind, knowledgeable and very friendly! My husband and I have been using Avita for years and they deliver our meds for us since we live 70 miles from them. We are so grateful about that!! I definitely recommend and highly praise this pharmacy!

The hospitality here is terrible. I have experienced this twice within in a 4 month span. This last visit on Friday at noon. I waited for 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me by this time at least 9-10 customers came in and left with their prescription. I am seriously thinking about moving my prescription elsewhere. The employees here don't care about their "paying customers"
