I love this Flower Shop the most. The customer service is first class. The floral designers do beautiful creative work. Avant Garden also has a bunch of great gifts. This unique shop is also so fun to visit, as they create an incredible in-store experience. It is such a special jewel box.

I order from Avant Garden for all special occasions for my wife! She's always thrilled with what she receives and the staff is friendly and helpful and make ordering so easy for me. I will never go anywhere else. My wife and I are BIG fans! Highly recommend.

I love working with Avant Garden! Every time I visit the store, I am always greeted with a warm welcome & the team is happy to help me with any floral needs I have. Their floral designs are always stunning and creative. I personally love receiving flowers from Avant Garden, but I have also enjoyed sending them to friends & family to brighten their day.

Amazing place led by and staffed with an incredible long time team- so proud of them. Ignore any made up negative reviews made by former disgruntled very brief employees. This is a beautiful store and event floral company that will provide the utmost in service and care.

This business is ashamed of any negative truthful comments given towards them. I commented on a post of theirs on social media and they removed it and blocked me.The comment entailed my LOVE for flower arrangements but my disagreement with their character. I support nature and flowers but I do NOT support capitalist greed. Choose a smaller local shop where the flowers will not droop in sadness due to the uncaring nature of management.

Exceptional service and beautiful flowers - we had a little hiccup with our order and delivery, but Sophie handled things perfectly. She went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction as she took charge of the situation. Sophie, demonstrated a level of customer service that far exceeded my expectations.The bouquet was fresh, vibrant, and expertly arranged. The attention to detail and quality of the blooms truly showcased their expertise. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful arrangement.Thank you to Sophie and the entire team for turning a potential disappointment into a memorable experience.

Update: When they heard I had a poor experience, they offered to send another arrangement. Still wish it had been right the first time, but very pleased with the customer service!So disappointed. Ordered for Valentine’s Day. So pretty when they arrived but already drooping after less than 24 hours. Expected better quality for such an expensive arrangement.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I called from out of state to have an arrangement made for a friend of mine there. Let's be honest, I know zero about flowers, but the person who took my call was so knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction. The personalized service was amazing. I received a call later that my friend LOVED, LOVED LOVED what was made for her!!! I will forever use this place when I need something in the area.

Excellent customer service. I'll start this review by saying - they missed the original delivery date, which was for our wedding anniversary - my husband wanted to surprise me at work with the arrangement and was disappointed when it didn't arrive. (Splurges like flowers are a big deal to us!) Not only did they proactively reach out regarding the missed date, but they sent the arrangement directly to our home - gratis - with a lovely note. I was so moved! I will be a repeat customer for sure and try to pay that kindness forward!
