I spent more than 40 minutes with my customer next to me waiting on the phone for some lady that kept putting the calls on hold on Wednesday July the 2nd i made multiple calls from 10:30 pm to 11:15 and the answer was the same (can you hold). What happened to the amazing customer service autozone used to have , I guess everybody has to go shopping to O'Reilly or Napa and get better treatment
Don't forget you depend on returning customers and every single call could be many hundred dollars deal for your business this information should be passed down to your associates and employees to let them know accountability starts with professionalism and ends in returning customers.

They take a long time to ship, I paid for my automotive parts at another AutoZone and they sent me to pick them up here, it took more than an hour to attend and the workers chatting did not attend!!!!

They don't care about 40 minutes waiting on line. We ask another employee if he can help and he said he is putting parts and he has things to do. They don't care 10 people waiting.

Worst place ever. Literally there for 30 + minutes to pick up order that was never pulled. For at least 5 mins, nobody was at the register. The security should be paid more, having to deal with customers.

Taking people takes so long they really do take too long and not just that they also don’t let people use the restrooms??? Ya a natural right specially if I’m going to be waiting in line so long, we needed to pee and couldn’t even do that? As if we could leave to use the restroom we would lose our spot, honestly this location is the worst and I don’t recommend, can’t even let the people use THE RESTROOMS pathetic, don’t waste your time here just go somewhere else ALSO SECURITY IS VERY RUDE, SCREAMED AT US FOR TRYING TO USE THE RESTROOMS EVEN THOUGH WE TOLD HIM WE TOUGHT THEY WERE PUBLIC, every other location has let us use the restroom it’s a public right specially if you’re gonna have us wait in the line for almost 2 hours, horrible don’t recommend!!!

The place is very unprofessional even today I work for a shop so naturally we go to the Commercial side. I was told from the other store all I had to do was come pick it up the parts that were already paid for and the lady at this location with some braids told me that I had to wait in line with 30 people just to pick up my part although all I was doing was just picking up Since everything was already paid for at the other location, she had an attitude and just didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work . The whole time she was giving people attitude. The other location called to make sure they could put it aside for me.

Service tec at AutoZone, Julia was very helpful, by phone, and in store. Her ability to interact with customers, fellow employees, all while speaking clear so that I new exactly what I was needing, and purchasing. If only that customer service was demonstrated at all businesses. Life would be a bit sweeter. Thank you your employe s for hirring ppl like Julia, at Easton Rd. And Garland Rd. The hub of all Auto zones.

Avoid this place like the plague. Extremely terrible customer service. Bought a part. Store couldn’t find it. That store sent me to another store to pick up said part. The store I went to pick up the part informed me that they couldn’t fill the order because I bought the part at another store and the original store didn’t set it up right and would have to purchase the part again. Went back to the original store to get a refund and was told it would be instant that was a lie. Terrible experience and a huge inconvenience since now it’s weekend and I have to wait “business days” for the refund.
No part and down a my main vehicle.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. You will be betting for a sure loss.
