I recently went this past 4th of July to get a New battery for my car because my battery went out on me. And then I ask for assistance after I bought the new one and none of the employees did not try to assist me when I asked for help and I also asked if they have tools so I can change it myself since none of them were trying to assist me and they still didn't bring the tools out so I can fix the car myself.... after I left and came back after finishing installing the new battery and I was trying to return my old battery the employees were trying to close the store in hour early before the store closes and had to wait outside for a couple of minutes until they open the door and then they start to ask me if I was doing card or cash. What makes the difference of what I was doing they should not close all the cash registers if they still had an hour left before the store closes

Bryan and Billy Ray are amazing. Came in for a battery change because my battery was dead and wouldn’t start the car and they helped with everything from collecting the battery from a different store where it was available and they helped fix the battery into the car.

My car was accidentally towed when visiting family. The towing company damaged the cover under my car that protects important parts. When I drove up to AutoZONE, Mr Billy Ray checked under the car and was super helpful in locating the parts needed. He even referred me to a mechanic to repair it. Everything was done in less than an hour!! Thank you so much, Billy Ray! This car carries very precious cargo everyday - my 6-yr old grandson!!

The workes are very slow in every sense of the word.they move slow talk slow before the order the wrong part. Cant the part. Call you say the partnis here. You get there oh I cant find it this happened 5 times in a row!!!! Yes 5!!!!

Visited this location to have my battery, starter and alternator tested. Let's just say the handheld testing device is not as accurate as you would think. It came back as a bad alternator which I found odd being the vehicle is only 4 years old. Went to Midas for a free full diagnostic and found that it was actually the battery that was bad. Moral of this review is definitely get a second opinion. I saved myself a huge unnecessary repair bill. I would not fully trust Autozone free testing .

They were very nice to me and my friend, both of us being on the "rainbow spectrum" when we stopped in spur of the moment because our AC had stopped running. We couldn't attach the freon recharger probably due to it being a Fiat, and the return process was very smooth.
