My car battery was dead and I took my car to Auto Zone after a jump start to get a new one. Adonis, as well as Sam, was helpful from the moment I came in to make sure I got the correct battery and also installed it efficiently. The team at this Auto Zone genuinely cares and does their best to help. 5 stars!

I can’t believe I am having to write this review but this store had the store manager scream at my woman as soon as she got to the counter to try and buy a battery. Screaming at her because they were short staffed before she could even say what she wanted to buy. I cannot believe it.

It's been two days and I still haven’t been able to pick up a simple light bulb order. I called and spoke with someone who said they would have it ready by yesterday, but when I called again today, I was told they might not even have it in stock. Disappointed with the lack of follow-through and poor communication. Customer service didn’t make any real effort to resolve the issue or offer alternatives.

The young guy justin R is very helpful. He knows what he is talking about and he can explain it in different ways professionally and with a little street in him. Almost bought the wrong item but he helped me out and stated what needed to be done to my car and he was right it ran just fine afterwards.

I had the best time at AutoZone thanks to David! He helped me purchase and swap out my car battery. David knew his stuff, pointing me to the perfect battery and patiently explaining everything. His friendly vibe and jokes made the whole thing a breeze, and he got it all done super quick. I left feeling really happy with the service and confident in my new battery, all thanks to David's awesome help. If you need car stuff, definitely go see David T at AutoZone—he's the best!

Heavy set white guy sent us to another Auto zone because he did not want to change out a battery. A battery which we just bought yesterday and not working properly- encountering 3 boost in 1 day . We arrived at this location at 8:30(30min before closing) at 8:45 he sends us to an autozone that closes at 10.00 because he didn’t want to take the time to change the battery because he close in 15 min @9pm. Trifling and poor customer service shut the doors or get this clown out of customer service because he failed Tremendously. Makes one never want to do business with Autozone. Autozone this employee is representing You as a Company!

Great service! Isaac tested my battery which ended up being bad(not surprising as I had to have a jump to get there.) He also helped me pick a new battery and installed it and was so friendly and funny. Highly recommend! :)

Do NOT RECOMMEND! TERRIBLE SERVICE! The manager Mark acted like he didn’t wanna help, I don’t recall the guy that acted like he had a attitude bc I didn’t know what fuse I needed. He was a taller Hispanic. He didn’t even try to look the information up at all. They told me to go get the owner book and moved on to the next customer. How do you work at a damn parts store and know NOTHING about fuses? Shout out to you tube university as I figured it out on my own and installed it on my own! Thanks for nothing! And owe I was literally less than 5 mins ago for at least 15-20 mins. At least Bri attempted to help me.
