Broke down on the way to DFW at 3:00AM. Lower front brake caliper bolt had worked its way out and locked up the wheel. I had the tools to fix it, but no bolt.
Called 24 Hour Auto Zone. Spoke with Alexis and she had the bolt in stock. She was getting off work and offered to bring it to me on her way home.
Alexis saved the day and I was able to make it to the airport. Lord bless her for her efforts.

Went to this autozone location to try and buy wheel stud and wheel lugs needed for my car. Upon entering the store and heading to the counter the team member at this location was just completely rude for absolutely no reason. When asked if the studs and lugs were at this location, the team member Chris T told us we should go to a junk yard since auto zone isnât a parts store. But once he looked up the parts, we asked if they would be the correct ones for my car, he proceeds to sayâ this isnât a tire shop I wouldnât knowâ I kept my cool even though he was just being blatantly disrespectful. He then proceeds to tell us that since everything has been moved he wonât be able to find the studs and lugs we were needing to fix my car. I will never be coming back worst experience ever by the associate Chris. T

Showed up 5 minutes after they opened and was given an attitude.. was told they were not open yet. Think they need to wake up a little earlier

Need to take down the 24 hour sign if your not open 24 hours anymore don't know when it started but they don't open up until 10am but still have a 24 hour sign up and on website drove all the way there just to find out i could of waited and went to the one by my house if I knew they opened up at the same time

If you never been to a 24 hour AutoZone go up there about 3am...it's a couple different mechanics working on cars 1 guy had a car wash going...way more people than cars I guess they walked up there ..it's great
