A quick trip in to get a set of lug nuts turned into a bad experience. 1) had to tell them make and model which is understandable but they could have just asked me what size I needed. 2) after looking it up they said they only had 10 3) I asked where the display was and they finally pointed it out. Then proceeded to tell me that the lugs on the display wouldn't be a match. 4) found the lugs that I wanted on the display perfect match. 5) went to check out and the price was twice what the display said. I finally lost my patience and walked out.

went to get my battery checked, lady had an attitude really bad and talked down to me "you gotta learn how to do this or else" while i was with someone else? Embarrassing.

Get in the Zone! OW!! Auto Zone! I wasn't quite in the zone with these guys- I showed up on the run, looking for a cabin air filter. No clerks were around to help me figure out what size I need, no book was in the aisle to help me pick. Fortunately, there's an app for that. I look it up, and the air filters on the walls and shelves are all for the engine, not the air cabin. So I see behind the shelves that they've got lots of inventory, maybe it's back there. So I get in line, and wait behind two other customers. The whole transaction with both customers were moving like a Chevy Nova in the snow. Not much. I got frustrated and left without purchasing anything, and went to another auto parts store down the road. The shop was dirty, and poorly lit. The parking lot was a mess- it looks like lots of people have changed their oil in that lot. Ick.

I went in for a battery the older man told me the warranty and prices. I asked for 3 year he only gave me a 2 year then said I told him only 2 year. Another customer came in and the lady working went off and cussed the man and flipped him off. What type of people are working there. ?

Amazing! We were stuck with a dead battery, in a (for us) total unfamiliar Dallas, 150 miles from home, on a Sunday afternoon. We contacted the nearest AutoZone Northwest highway. The manager(Daniel) was very forthcoming and resolved every issue quickly!Great job AutoZone, what a relief, thank you!

went in late on a saturday and they tested my battery as dead/bad. fine— i bought another. they stated that they don’t install (never heard of that but fine) went and got it installed only to see that the battery provided was not charged. this should never be a thing and never has with any auto place i have been to. worst autozome experience ever.

Nothing ever works when I need to come here least favorite store in the area. Car scanner never works and the system is always slow! One customer couldn't even do a refund on a part because the system froze. Someone needs to go over the store and fix these issues.

The night manager "angel" the name he gave ,he had no name tag on say for a return you have to go to the store you bought it fromI stay in dallas I got the part in forney visiting a friend he says there is a lot of fraud going around I had the receipt to prove him the part is mine the store was in dallas northwest hwy night manager 9/27/2020
