I originally went to Autozone on Inwood for a new car battery and to get it replaced. Unfortunately Angel, the employee that was helping me, informed me they didn’t have it in stock and told me to go to the Autozone on 3701 northwest hwy for the battery. I purchased the battery from The autozone on 3701 northwest hwy, but they refused to change the car battery for me. They said they “don’t work on cars”, which was odd because I’ve always had Autozone workers change my batteries for me. I called the Autozone I originally went to on Inwood and Angel graciously agreed to work on my car and stated that it’s not a problem. I am very thankful and grateful to Angel at Inwood’s Autozone for the amazing service.

Autozone doesn't knpw its inventory and I drove to 4 locations in one day for batteries based on what inventory the stores were supposed to have but didn't. Finally, a great employee named Patty called stores and verified where I could get what I needed.

IF I could leave no stars, that’s exactly what I would have left. Tonight was the worst experience at this store ever! But I guess it’s what’s to be expected from a store in the “hood”. 1st off there was a bunch of guys hanging out outside the store. I couldn’t tell who was an employee n who wasn’t. Except for the only guy in a red shirt.
I was in NEED of a battery. I took my brother with me for help. AUTOZONE has a commercial that states employees help change batteries. So my brother asked if they would. Unfortunately, I didm’t get any guys names, but this is how it went down. The only guy in the red shirt, who sold us the battery said “no. We don’t change batteries” my brother then asked “u won’t, or u can’t? Cuz there is a difference”. Redshirt replied, “I don’t get paid to change batteries bro”. Hmmm ok. Then a heavy set guy walks into the store tryin to charge up my brother saying that he was being aggressive. My brother replied “I just asked a question, u don’t know what aggressive is”. Then a guy in street clothes, black hoodie, black shorts, n black slides was nice enough to say “let me look at it n I’ll tell u if I can change it.” Well he tried to help but didn’t know what he was doing. So my brother told him he’d do it. All along, I couldn’t tell who was an employee there other than the guy in the red shirt. As my brother changed out my battery the group of guys kept looking at him, us like trying to intimidate us. Then one kid left in a silver car trying to make donuts in the parking lot and failed. Meanwhile the group of guys kept lookin at us crazy. Their aggression and rudeness was uncalled for. And the not knowing who was an employee and who was not was very disturbing. But I tell u what I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. DO BETTER GUYS… DO BETTER.

The most lazy group of AutoZone employees EVER! A bunch of bowl ? headed haircut kids led by the laziest Spanish female manager EVER. Do your damn job girl!

A quick trip in to get a set of lug nuts turned into a bad experience. 1) had to tell them make and model which is understandable but they could have just asked me what size I needed. 2) after looking it up they said they only had 10 3) I asked where the display was and they finally pointed it out. Then proceeded to tell me that the lugs on the display wouldn't be a match. 4) found the lugs that I wanted on the display perfect match. 5) went to check out and the price was twice what the display said. I finally lost my patience and walked out.

went to get my battery checked, lady had an attitude really bad and talked down to me "you gotta learn how to do this or else" while i was with someone else? Embarrassing.

Great service! Went in for a battery change and the process was quick and efficient.
