I went there with some battery issues and the staff was very helpful with checking out the battery and letting me know I needed a new one. Then another issue...screws that hold battery in place are rusted...that's when the manager (Jason) came to save the day!! He is awesome and very personable and got right to work and fixed everything so my grandson and I were able to finish out errands!

I went in to AutoZone this evening to get new windshield wipers for my vehicle and right away the employee at AutoZone was quick to help me out. I also needed a rear wiper but on their system it didn’t show any available so Jason wanted to double verify what I had on my vehicle to see if they had a match with what they had in store. I also mentioned to Jason that the hoses that attached to the wipers looked as if they were cut off. He took a look at them and immediately knew what the problem was so Jason went above and beyond to not only find the problem but he also found a solution. I’m back on the road with my windshield wipers working perfectly. I have been going to this AutoZone since 2007 and I will continue to as long as we have great people like Jason working there.

Manager Kristina W. was such a pleasure. I went into store without even making a purchase. I needed help with new car players. She greeted me with a smile and offered her assistance. It was a nice out and she grabbed the tools and helped me out. Kudos to her!!!!!

I have noticed that you ask for a battery charge and they don't connect it and then they tell you that it doesn't work. I don't know if why the service is free or because you buy a new one. But it is annoying to carry it there and return for it being very heavy, why does your vehicle not work to find yourself in this situation and I notice it why it happened to me twice in the same store

Jason was so awesome! He really helped me out today by changing the battery in my car. He also answered all of my random questions about replacing batteries! And he was sooo nice about it! Thank you so much for your kindness today! Also, there was a young lady who intially helped me with the purchase of my battery! This amazing young lady checked my battery and saved me $220 by reminding me that my battery was still under warranty!!! Y’all really saved my day today! Thank you so much! Keep up the great work! Not all heroes wear capes!

Gilberto and Steven are amazing at Autozone. They helped me find the right light bulbs for my car when I really needed it. They went above and beyond and even showed me how to replace it in my car. I’m so very grateful for them. Please stop by and visit them. You won’t regret it!
