Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had from Julian! Came in for a new battery install and he was the coolest and most down to earth young man. Very knowledgeable and very hard working. Very determined to get the job done. Really impressed on how ambitious he is about his work and future! I really appreciate it Julian! We need more young brilliant minds like yours!

Think of the “Worst customer service”? YEP, This is the place!Came in looking for a radiator for my car and the advisor rudely replied “we don’t have it!” Then added “we only have what we have here!” So I asked for the manager, and the manager was even worse than the advisors attitude! He said that’s all they have and when I stated, “this is why they always change management here, because of your bad service and attitude. So the manager said “we’ll that’s the way I am!” Careless and disappointing! Plain RUDE!

Mr Ivan Davila went above and beyond my expectations, and he was even about to get off work and he was able to stay and fix my issue and I wanted to give him a tip and he declined it so I am writing this review because he is a spectacular employee and I appreciate AutoZone for hiring someone like him. Everyone is not as nice as him and it’s refreshing!
