This has got to be the most disrespectful AutoZone in Dallas. Maybe it’s with WOMEN. I come in and 2 associates acknowledge me but don’t help me. Specially the employee that’s shorter than average height. Hispanic and wearing black polo with full sleeve tattoos on both arms. He doesn’t even asks if I’ve been helped. As one associate walks out to leave, he yells “customer up front”.
THANK YOU MR.TIMOTHY THE STORE MANAGER!!! He gets it DONE!! Helping a new employee and still able to help me as well!! I hope corporate see this and reward you!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE HERE MY FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING TO THE LANCASTER KIEST LOCATION. GHETTO.. I won't mention his name BUT he knows who he is!! He put oil in my car because I had an oil leak. I waited 30 minutes too long for him to come out with an attitude!!! THE ONLY REASON I GAVE 2 STARS IS BECAUSE HE PUT THE OIL IN MY CAR!!! SHOULD BE 1 STAR.

Mr.Timothy the store manager is amazing,he took care of the problem I had with my car and was very professional and respectful I appreciate him taking the time out to help me .Mr.Timothy saved me some money thanks again ,I see why you are the store manager

Mr Tim was really nice and made sure I had a pleasant experience. He was patient, able to multitask, and very knowledgeable at his job. He went above and beyond to help me from helping me pick the light, to even installing the light for me. I am very aware that these things are not required but for him to help me pass my state inspection, I can't express my gratitude enough. Please give that man a raise and know that you are very lucky to have someone like him working at your location. Thank you again Tim!
