Terrible service. On several occasions, I asked the guy who helped me to update my information in the AutoZone database, and he ignored me and removed the option from the screen, even though I was looking. It was 9:30 PM, and he said he was tired and wanted to leave, even though it wasn't closing time yet. He bought $1,000 a month, and this deal isn't fair.

I asked for a new battery and an oil change and my terminals were bad, J sold me the right battery got me the proper terminals for a really great price she’s the best

Caesar took the patience of the world to find what rotor I need and didn’t seem frustrated when we couldn’t find it. but after some research and double checking we found it, in stock and in store. & I liked how their candies are nice and clean, better than the dust ones at racetrac back when I used to work there haha

Walked in, it's a autozone. The night manager was on her phone facetiming.... walked in for a simple little hose.She walks me back into the parts department and tells me to look for this hose .. and then I asked her to look up the hose, and she refused.... Then she said, if I didn't want to look for it, I can go somewhere else... so now they don't want to do any work, they're asking us to walk back there and look for the parts ourselves. What's going on?? She was very rude. She was not helpful and she just ran off a customer.So way to go autozone!!! Nice hires.

I was warned about this location , but I would give it another chance as I live close by , but then again it sad to see no one takes passion into their job . No one has that customer service qualities anymore. * if you dislike your job just quit and don’t waste peoples time . I had ordered a part for my car and it took 3 days to get there . Then they close for holidays and sent it back the next 20 hours later. I would like them to send a new general manager to clean up this location . No one with a badge should wear the last name here.
