Came for a job interview and went through said interview with flying speed and the interviewer was exceptional. She was kind , considerate, and most of all very professional. I walked up to the counter, there’s a lady counting down a drawer, doesn’t acknowledge me or say someone will be with you so I just stand there. There’s 2 other employees in the store, one talking to a guy in the back about his truck and the other guy scanning stuff, I’m still just standing there.. finally I ask if anyone is gonna help me and she rolls her chair over and checks me out. If you’re management at least acknowledge the customer, I don’t mind waiting if you’re busy, but if I’m just left to stand there and wonder it makes you feel like you as a manager don’t care about your customers

I ordered parts online and received them damaged, I wad serviced by Jay I didn't have my receipt but she looked up my warranty and swapped out my parts the same day, great service and attitude
