I walked into the store and I was immediately greeted by Manual who was very friendly and kind.. He asked how he could help. He checked my car battery and determine that it was not working. Thankfully my battery was still under warranty. He changed the battery and I was quickly on my way.

Had the pleasure of getting assisted by Jerome! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He went out of his way to suggest the best windshield wipers for my car (and in terms of a good deal) then told me about a deal to save 10% if I also got wiper fluid. He installed the wipers for me and filled my fluid tank. The piping had come undone that shoots the fluid at my windshield, so he went in the store to finds parts that would fit so he could put it back together. He took his time and answered my questions. 10/10 customer service. Would absolutely come back again! If you come here, make sure to ask for Jerome!

I went to auto one for a new battery. Mannie was very helpful & knowledgeable. He set me up with a new battery and had me on my way in less than 20 mins, which was perfect because I was on a break from my job.

I called and asked if they would put oil in my vehicle if I purchased the oil and they happily said that was not a problem. When I went to the store, everyone was very friendly and the manager got my oil cap off and put the oil in for me while in his dress clothes! I was in and out in less than 10 mins... great customer service! I would go back for anything I needed without hesitate

Drove my car there just for their employee to be the reason I can’t drive home . Then I have to pay for the tow and wait 6–8 weeks to be reimbursed!! Never again
