Juan the Assistant Store Manager has been extremely helpful every time I've come to this location. He went out of his way each time to assist me and ensure he did everything he could to help. I hardly ever write reviews, but since Juan has been so helpful I figured it was the least I could do.

Juan Jr. Garcia an employee at this location off Columbia was super helpful in helping me source parts for my Honda Odyssey. He went above and beyond and even put in the headlight for me on location! Highly recommend this location for always having great service.

It is suitable for convenience but lacks customer service as they forgot about me and the service request I had asked for. Then again, like other businesses, they only have a couple of workers on-site, so I can see why they overlooked me.

I've been sitting here for 20 minutes. The hours posted on the door say they open at 7:30. They finally showed and locked the door back while myself and others are waiting to get in. Whoever manages this location need fired

Juan Garcia, Jr. saved the day at the AutoZone on Columbia! Juan helped me understand my problem, He sold me my lost antifreeze cap and 15 quarts of antifreeze that I desparetly needed and then he did all the work refusing any tip. Juan has a winning smile and attitude with a kindness that gives me faith in humanity. AutoZone is fortunate to have such a wonderful young man assisting the AutoZone customers. I am so grateful.

Jaime or Jesse F. Literally argued with me when I asked his advice on what parts to get for my thermostat and thermostat sensor. He got frustrated, refused to help me and started helping the other people in the store. I am at a loss, I’ve never had someone refused to help me, and it’s not all the other people in my entire life. Definitely go to the AutoZone on Ross. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the parts so I had to come over here, I will not be coming back.
