I pull up with my car a mess two different occasions . But Wendy & Diana made sure I get everything my vehicle Need it. Those girls are very sharp & professional . They made a difference specially on the conditions my car was . They not only sold me something to take care the problem they also recommend me the best parts . I’m so satisfied I definitely continue coming back & I definitely recommend this place . Thanks guys

*edit* 2/24/25 My issue was resolved, however, the bad taste, so to say, that the employees gave me the last time I visited still bothers me. I am, however, very grateful for Jose, the manager, stepping up to resolve my problem.

I came to this location, needing some assistance Shylend Was able to help me with no trouble at all and actually went up and above to make sure I had what I needed to get my car running properly. I will definitely come back.

Jose, the store manager has no clue about his job…customer satisfaction, HA! I came to get a diagnosis today after seeing my check engine light on. He gave me the reading and the paperwork from that and so I went to another AutoZone and they gave me different information and referred me to my mechanic mechanic. I went to the mechanic and lo and behold, it just took a reset of the electrical system. Jose had told me that I was going to have to get the crankshaft checked out. Yeah, you’re fired! Go back to Votech and get your degree in mechanic engineering. That is the picture of my clear engine light screen on my speedometer.

I would like to shout out WENDY she went above and beyond to help my mother in law out with her vehicle and made sure she was all set with a new battery and new alternator…. I do not recommend the auto zone on ROSS they were very rude to my mother in law didn’t help her at all just stood there starting at her not offering to lead a hand so left and went to the auto zone on COLOMBIA were MS WENDY helped her best customer service hands down
