On the page there is a schedule, which is not respected, you have to update the schedules on the page, I drove 45 minutes for information, why they never answer the phone, and when it arrived within the hours indicated on the internet and it was closed. Bad service!

This bus line is terrible to get a hold of on the phone, sketchy communication method. When I rode back to the US the restroom on the bus had literally P0op on the seat, they did not stop for water or anything until we got to the US (inconvenient though smart) but many passengers had to hold it until the border I nearly hurled from the smell over 16 hours!But yeah the Driver was Veryy mad and he scolded the crowd in case the toilet seat culprit was among us.

I have never seen such a lack of professionalism.I don't know why our Mexican people like to fight and they continue using these buses, the drivers are rude, there is no kindness at all and apart from that you buy your ticket and you don't have the right to have a seat number because they seat you where they want.

Don’t recommend this bus has the worst customer service. We where scheduled to leave at a certain time ended up leaving so much later plus our bus driver made frequent stops he honestly seemed lost and also he made frequent stops while driving. In addition they happened to lose a suitcase and we called and asked for info and it seemed they can’t find it so what am I supposed to do now like what am I supposed to wear now for this entire trip.

One of there buses hit me while driving and did not pull over. Currently pursuing legal action. Bus license plate started with 1MB

Terrible customer service , the woman that weight the luggage it’s so rude . She put on the scale even the small bags that my parents were supposed to carry on, just to charge more for the extra weight .They charged 75 dollars extra for the extra weight . It was our first time using their bus line and it will be the last one . There are other bus companies to chose . This the main reason why many bus companies go bankruptcy terrible customer service . They should not weight the carryon language .
