****DO NOT GO HERE************ THIS HAPPENED AT ONE OF AUTO PLUS’S LOCAL STORE, NOT THIS ACTUAL LOCATION****** BUT HE WORKS FOR THE CORPORATION!!! This man in this picture represented Auto Plus Auto parts as the “Assistant manager” of their store in such a horrifying manner. “Junior” so he said his name was, got into a physical fight with a customer and also physically damaged that customers property as well. As an employee of Auto plus Auto parts whose mission statement states “INTEGRITY through accountabilityPASSION for world-class customer servicePRIDE in our commitment to our team and to a clean, safe environment”As a manager, he is a a disgrace to Auto Plus auto parts and what the company as a whole stands for. This should not be tolerated nor allowed under no situation nor circumstances.NOT only prior to this situation, after almost a year of purchasing serval items from this place, when called to inquire about a part that had life time warranty I was told “we only sale to shops” , yet I am not a shop. I had my physical receipt, that was flat out a lie. The CUSTOMER SERVICE , communication and how Auto parts allows their “ASSISTANT MANAGERS” to run business is unacceptable. Hopefully no other customer will ever have to go through this with this guy.
