Bad service and unreliable work

Worst service and customer service experience I've ever had anywhere. They had multiple pieces of my gear, they said were repaired. I drove 6 hours in a box truck to retrieve our gear and NOT ONE of the 5 consoles was fixed or put all the way back together. This is a poorly run operation and I would not recommend taking anything you actually want fixed there, ever. Just a warning to their other potential customers.

I’ve had two studio monitors repaired here. They communicate with you through the process and are very reliable.

It's the only place in this area that does what they do. It's hard to find places like this.

Audio Electronics Dallas is an absolute clown show. They are like a 3-ring circus of incompetence. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. I had the misfortune of dealing mostly with Hunter whose main job seems to be lying, making excuses, and just generally being an incompetent buffoon.I sent my Presonsus studio subwoofer to Audio Electronics Dallas for a warranty repair in April. They called me in June to tell me the repair was complete and they just needed to talk to their Presonus (Fender) representative to get a return shipping label. Simple, right? Wrong. My subwoofer is just now being shipped back to me as of today, August 24th.I know this because I am the one who scheduled the FedEx pickup. You see, I had to call Presonsus (Fender) support myself to get a return shipping label sent to Audio Electronics Dallas because this was apparently too difficult of a task for Hunter and his merry band of morons to accomplish. Hunter couldn't even be bothered to schedule the pickup (he lied and told me he did schedule a pickup). How do I know this? Because the Presonus (Fender) rep had given me the tracking number. I called FedEx to see if a pickup had been scheduled and they confirmed that no pickup had been scheduled. So I scheduled it myself. Unbelievable! All they had to do was call their rep to get a return shipping label and schedule a FedEx pickup. That's it! But that would require a level of competence that these guys just don't possess. Instead, they let my sub just sit there for over 8 weeks because they couldn't be bothered to ship it back to me.Bottom-line: don't take your stuff to Audio Electronics Dallas, you might not get it back. Fingers crossed my sub actually works.

Scam!!! Had a $600 speaker that had something wrong with the $300 circuit board. They said they did component level troubleshooting. So, the power supply component on the $300 circuit board needed to be replaced. They want $600 to do it. So, I'm out like $90 for the service fee and a month without my speaker... Complete waist of time and money.

1st time doing business. To repair my speaker there costs more than the speaker itself. They were timely on the estimated time to check it out.
