Naushad was great! He took the time to show me multiple models, remembered all the small details that I preferred on my new vehicle. We had a clear understanding that he was helping me into a new vehicle, but it didn't have the stale sales feeling. Good guy. Christian in finance department was also very knowledgeable and patient, I didn't feel pressured to add the extra coverages, and he worked with my budget. Definitely prefer this dealership to some of the others in North Texas

We had the pleasure of working with Stephen Neal at Dallas Audi. He did a great job walking us through the vehicle and information needed to make the process of buying a car as simple as possible.
We worked with Christian on the finance side and it was a great experience and he’s a dedicated worker. We appreciated all the effort and work of the team there.

I purchased my vehicle at Audi Plano, but have had such positive experiences with Audi Dallas, that I choose to service my vehicle at the Dallas location. Can’t recommend enough!

Don’t buy an Audi, there is no competition for this dealer unless you want to drive to McKinney Sewell. They have better prices. An Audi is not worth a $200 oil change that you have to leave the car or wait 3 hours and a $335 air filter. You can buy an air filter for $100 and it’s a very simple install. I like my car but I’m sure I could get the same vehicle at another dealer. I also got a quote for 4 new tires and an alignment. They wanted over $4000, geez. Went to Discount tire for exact same tires for $1850 and went to Sewell Audi and got the alignment for $500. The service department and the post purchasing experience with Audi Dallas has me deeply regretting the purchase.

Epi was truly the best to work with at Audi Dallas. He took me seriously from the moment I walked in and heard my feedback and I walked out with a car I had always dreamed about having and happy with the deal we made because they truly got it done for me. My wife and I recently purchased our car from Audi Dallas an we had a great experience. We started our car buying journey last year. We were between an Audi and Mercedes and had so many questions. Naushad was so patient and kindly answered all our questions. He really made us feel assured and the service he offered us is one of the key reasons we picked Audi. The experience was so great when we were ready to purchase we knew we had to go back to him to finish our purchase journey with Audi Dallas.

Cal and Brett absolutely hit it out of the park with my experience at Audi Dallas. From walking in to walking out with the keys - fantastic customer service and more so than that - they both made it 100% personable and relatable - never felt transactional at all. Completely changed my mind on what the car buying "experience" has always been for me and showed how it should be. Much appreciated!

Audi Dallas should be an example on how car dealerships are supposed to be. This was the best experience I’ve had EVER. Very appreciated help from Adam and Wyatt. I brought my car to them from another establishment so they could get a second opinion on what was going on with my car. Adam and Wyatt went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Whether you need to buy a car or service your vehicle, Audi Dallas is the place.

I’ve been to a few Audi dealerships to shop around and Ryan was the best out of everywhere I’ve been! His manager Brett didn’t waste my time and was willing to work numbers over the phone! Both of them were honest and helpful! Ryans main priority was making sure I loved the vehicle I was getting and making sure I knew everything about it. He was a humble and fun to work with salesman that went out of his way to make things convenient for me. I am extremely lucky to have met both of them. They got me into the perfect car, got me to my payment, no haggle, no funny business just good honest professionalism (I am in car sales and I can say that with utter confidence). I will only be buying from them in the future! I cannot put into words how awesome these guys are and how big of a difference it was working with them vs working with other Audi dealerships in the area.

We had the most amazing experience at the dealership. The sales manager Naushad Limbada was excellent to work with. He made sure we get the car we like, and we never felt being pushed to make a decision. The process of price negotiations and signing papers was effortless. Naushad was very supportive throughout the process. We will definitely recommend Audi Dallas to our friends.

This dealership is friendly. It's also freezing cold. Bring a heavy coat. ? I bought a used Lexus NX from them. Process was easy. The finance guy was so nice and helpful!
What I didn't care for was how I felt right after I bought my used Lexus at an Audi dealership. No one showed me features of the car and how they worked. They handed me the keys and said, "your old car is parked at the end of the lot and you can drive your new car down there and transfer your belongings and then leave me your old key" He was busy getting another car (a new Audi) ready for another customer. Made me feel a little second class. He probably didn't realize his actions because he was busy juggling me and another customer. I've never bought a used car before. I hope that isn't typical.
