**Another update on Audi Dallas Service**
About 2 years ago I had my bumper fixed at Audi Dallas/ Dallas Collision Center after being backed into by my neighbor. Paid $5k+ to complete all the work back in 2022. Fast forward to today and I recently had my Audi serviced at a new Audi service department in a different state. The tech found bolts/brackets/hardware missing behind the front bumper on the radiator carrier support (estimate to repair is $524.00). Wonder how that happened? Only Audi Dallas Service had worked on this car and had to recalibrate all the cameras and sensors when they did my bumper repair. Must have forgot a few parts putting things back together. Thanks guys.
Just another example how Audi Dallas Service Department cannot be trusted. Charged me a ton at the time and didn’t put things back together correctly. Be careful out there folks.

I just completed my last visit to Audi Dallas. We are moving and taking my car here is one thing I will NOT MISS AT ALL. I brought my Q7 in earlier today for what must be the 7th or 8th recall in 4.5 years. Back to that is second. Every time I visit the service department, I regret my Audi purchase. Shouldn’t you feel the opposite? We have another car from Sewell and always feel great about their customer service, accommodation and communication. Not at Audi Dallas. They are rude, over priced and honestly I think they are robbing me half the time. Every recall visit comes with a follow up for doing all these extras they recommend. Today is was $1500 worth. They were recommending even more! My problem is they don’t articulate why the vehicle needs something unless you really probe. It’s not comforting and very suspicious. It’s almost like these cars have so many flaws the dealership is using recall work to “find” new problems to help cover incurred costs. I have no proof of that of course, but the fact that I feel that way says SOMETHING for how they operate and communicate. And don’t ask the person at cashiers desk anything cause they only take your money. Was treated so rudely when paying today after asking for documentation of completed recall work, I could only shake my head.
I love my car but won’t buy an Audi again just because of this 4+ year experience. And for our next purchase I will only buy from a dealer that has a top rated service department. Audi Dallas is not it folks. Buyers beware.

This was my first time here and the experience was great. The greeter came to the car and excorted me to the service attendant. Her name was Dorian and she was very nice, cheerful and welcoming. She reviewed the cars history and let me know that a free service was available and was due. The visit was going to take longer than expected so she got me an Uber home and back for the pick up. The facility was very nice, clean and welcoming g. Everything that was supposed to be done was done. GREAT SERVICE! We received the car back nice and clean.

I have been to Audi Service Centers in four states and the service has been absolutely exceptional. Audi Dallas Service Center is no exception. The staff is extremely knowledge, honest in their recommendations and welcoming. I am Audi owner for life.
