I need some golf cart batteries.The sales representative at Sam's Club automotive department made sure I got the correct batteries. He had them ready for me when I came to the store. Excellent service.

Long line for membership services and only a single employee working there. Took 15 minutes to get a membership card. That should have been my red flag to not get a membership. Food court 15 minutes prior to closing had NOTHING left. Lady told me "we have sodas but that is it." I order a soda then she tells me well it's only warm canned soda, and only 3 flavors left. The rest of the store was just nothing to brag about. Costco is better in almost every aspect. I'm going to cancel my Sam's membership after visiting here just once.

I wish I can give this place zero stars! It is ridiculously disgusting from the moment you drive into the parking lot the streets of this place is full of trash and baskets. Once you walk in, you have the smell of funky trash in front of the door, then there is never any baskets inside. You have to always turn back around to go find a basket. When is 100+ degrees outside you walk from the car at Sam's (which is normally packed so you are probably parking far) to get into the store to see there's no baskets. So you have to go back outside on a scavenger hunt. Your peace is already disturbed as you're walking into this place. Then, they have the audacity to check your membership!! Lol It's the most crazy thing ever when the establishment is not right or fit for customers at the entrance. They have no one to QC'ing this facility. I cannot believe the managers are still there when this place is literally like this every time. It's really getting to a point where I have to give my membership up and just go to Costco. I absolutely hate this location. The inside I have no complaints, but the energy that it takes out of you, just coming from outside into the store is enough for me to not want to shop here again.I don't know if they can't afford to hire people to make sure the presentation of their store is nice. I believe paying for a membership at a store it's supposed to give you an elite type of experience, and at this place, I do not feel that at all. There really needs to be a huge turn around for this store with new management.

I have been calling this location to simply order a cake in the Bakery. I called at least 17 times and randomly selected other departments hoping someone would answer, no one ever picked up the phone. This is not customer friendly and I am seriously rethinking keeping my membership. I love shopping at Sam's but I work and do not have a lot of time to run over to simply order a cake. If the customers stop shopping, the workers will not have a job...think about it

I had really high hopes for this specific Sam's. I went on Sunday to get a membership and purchased the outdoor playground display in cash. They told me it wouldn't be a problem to sell the display and they would take it down for me the next business day and it would be ready at 8am to pick up. I continued to do the same thing for five consecutive days and everyday they would tell me it wasn't taken down to come back tomorrow at "8am" which was really frustrating and unprofessional of them for lying to me that it would be ready when it wasn't. Wasted so much time at this place for nothing! I went to talk to the supervisor and she said she heard about it but didn't do a damn thing about it. Definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything other then food from this place. Forget about getting any problem solved at this place they lack customer service. No one will answer the phone so don't bother calling. New management is definitely needed here. I will be taking my business to Sam's in Mansfield.

I called this location quite literally 15 times and sat with the phone ringing and ringing. Just trying to get a hold of a customer service representative. They continuously would like up the phone after it would wring for 5 minutes and they would proceed to hang up on me without saying a word. This is a HORRIBLE customer service policy and it's a disgrace to the Sam's Club name.

The curbside pickup is HORRIBLE. Management and upper management need to do a better job. After waiting 30 mins they don't even give you the option to cancel your order. On top of that the pickup window is completely inconvenient. Thank

I bought a watch for a Christmas present. The watch was broken, we brought it back for a return , however they did not have the watch . I asked the worker if she could look to see if another Sams had one to exchange it. She did look reluctantly. She told me Buckner had it. So l ask for the watch back so l could exchange there, she told me she would credit my account and l could rebuy the watch at the Buckner location. What she didn’t tell me is that it was 30.00 more there. If she would have given me the watch back like l had asked l could have done an even exchange. I called the Wheatland location and someone finally answered the phone, l told them l needed to speak to a manager . I was put on hold for about 20 minutes before being hung up on without speaking to management.So it looks like customer service is not happening there. Time to check out Costco.

It's the same old story places is the black community are no where near the level of service or cleanliness that the locations on the north side are had a very rude and ignorant employee verbally assault me because she was working the job she interviewed for and accepted then when I politely let her know why I was reaching for my wallet she told me she didn't care and to bring my ugly A** on ! I reached out to the manager while still in the parking lot he then said he would address it and call me back !!fast forward two weeks later and I am back I call the store and the manager states he lost my number and offered me a gift card of 25$ lol that's a lot for someone that spends 250$-300$ a week here that's ok though this location is literally 8 mins from my home but I will proceed to going to the Grand Prairie location from here on !!

Had to give one star to leave the review .... I have shopped at this Sam's for many years, its nostalgic to me because I used to shop here with my dad 2-3 times per month , he has now passed but it was "our thing to do together " .... I now shop at Sam's at least twice per month, so I know protocol... This Sam's club has become a trashy place ...samples were being given out today for sausage , I asked the associate who was serving them.. Johnnie ...what kind of sausage is this ?;she processed to Smurk at me roll her eyes and say .."the regular kind" ..I said you know what mam..thank you and walked off (it could've been pork, chicken, deer , or beef but she said the regular kind),I thought the point was to get members to buy not walk off . Then after purchasing over 400 in groceries I get to the long line with one person at the door (this was okay though ,its normal for this club) , I watched all 7 people in front of me get their receipts scanned then 2-3 items scanned in the basket and they were on their happy little way,but here i come- the associate looks at me and proceeds to act like she was counting the items in my basket, didn't touch even half of what was in my basket and said uhh uhh, I counted 26 and the receipt says 22. I said mam you didn't even count all of my items ,you didn't even look under my basket so you didn't even finish counting . I asked for a manager , and also told the police ..I wasn't under arrest I was leaving, the manager comes and here comes the police grabbing my basket. I told them they have 1 option they could scan my receipt and then scan 3 -4 items like they did everybody else , and she did .they were all on the receipt and I said GOOD BYE , The lady at the door with the auburn finger wave in the front and pony in the back... I will be reporting to their corporate office, in addition to the manager ... I will never shop here again in my life , if its the last store in the world, I will die of starvation ....

The bakery makes amazing products!!! The cupcakes are a showstopper. The items are fresh and well stocked. I get in and out fairly easy, and self checkout is simple.
