I need some golf cart batteries.The sales representative at Sam's Club automotive department made sure I got the correct batteries. He had them ready for me when I came to the store. Excellent service.

It can't be that they don't have flat carts available to load 3 mattresses, more than 30 minutes looking for one.

The curbside pickup is HORRIBLE. Management and upper management need to do a better job. After waiting 30 mins they don't even give you the option to cancel your order. On top of that the pickup window is completely inconvenient. Thank
