Since changing hand from South Toyota to Legacy my experience as a customer has been terrible. I traded a car in in July which was sold, continued to receive bills through July and August for said traded in car. I went to speak with finance, who said it was a Toyota Financial issue and everything would be resolved by the end of August. The issue still remains unresolved. Toyota Financial has put a Credit inquiry in due the lack of pay off from Legacy until the beginning of this month, Sept. I am appalled by the current regime and will be completing the duration of my lease and moving my business to another dealer.

I was helped by 2/individuals, Greg and Dino.
This is the 5th buy for me (at this Toyota house) and the 3rd one for Dino to sell me. They are professional, friendly and so personable. You leave feeling like friends/family plus a great vehicle. Tim piepenburg was an amazing salesman. Very professional and listened to exactly what we wrre needing and was very understanding of our needs. He stayed late to make sure we had all our needs meet. Just an excellent salesman. Isaiah Montgomery is an awesome Finance manager. We told him what we needed our note to be and he worked hard and got use exactly were we needed to be. No one was pushy. Had and absolutely awesome experience. Highly recommend working with these guys.

Deno and Moises were the two employees that helped put me in the car I’m driving today. Their customer service was beyond excellent! They did not try to upcharge me on anything and gave me a great military discount. There are so many Toyotas in the Dallas area but if I know anyone looking for a new reliable car I’m sending them here.

Staff at Legacy Toyota showed me what they had to offer, and respectively accepted what I had to offer. I was quite stressed initially when making this purchase after an accident, but they were sensitive and patient with me to take my time in the midst of heartbreak, loosing my other Toyota. That's why I purchase my cars at Toyota. Customer care unending.

My wife and son pulled into Legacy Toyota on a whim. My son is active duty Army and was recently stationed in Texas from Germany. Deno, ex-Army, and Moises took really good care of my family. My son purchased a Corolla Hybrid and they treated him very respectfully. I will return in the future.
