Visited this location today and was HIGHLY disappointed. I was looking for some fishnet tights that I saw online. I found the tights, but because the box said "E," I didn't know what size that was. So I asked the question "what does "E" and "EE" mean. An older blk lady(I think her name was Rose) snaps and says, "It's on the back. So I turn the pkg over again and look, and there's nothing that says what the letters mean. She finally walks over and takes the tights from me and says "see it's on the back" which to her surprise it was not. After I state to her "next time don't be so quick to snap and say it's on the back because it's not. I read the packging and I pay attention". So after my point was proven to her she picks up another pair of tights and shows me what size is "E" and "EE". I also told her she should have apologized for snapping and telling me that it was on the back and it wasn't. Her words to me exactly were "I'm not going to do that. I gave you a hug". Now, if I treated her like that, she would be the main one talking about the service she received and how rude I was. I asked a simple question. This is the reason I'm writing this review. To tell me she's not going to apologize states to her character and the person you have working for you.

Had to return some clothes and the customer service is piss poor. It’s Christmas! Can you at least fake some holiday cheer, a smile, or something….do better…you are working with people!

Went into store to purchase items, the black lady Ms. Kim very rude and non friendly ignore customer act as if you were bothering her. Had issue with them no one in store knows how to do a tax event for customer, it’s above them. Ask if manager who was in the back could come out and just sign computer, rolled her eyes and said No we don’t work off the clock in a rude unprofessional tone. She can’t ever help me again she need some customer service training.

Brought an outfit here and the item is dirty the lady Ms Angela didn’t want to take anything off for a damage item she was harsh with her customer service not friendly won’t come here again

Their Bra's are cheapest and factory seconds priced over the top. They are an odd fit as well. Never bought such low quality as these.

I really used to like Ashley Stewart.Here lately the clothing is becoming more drab and unflattering. I loved AS in the past because they were not like most plus size stores with the big flower prints, cheap materials, over the top colors, inconsistent sizing and just overall ugly clothes. This is now Ashley Stewart. Yes you can find pieces and pull something together but overall there is no draw to the store at all for me. I am between a 12w-14w & very much into classy with trendy grown women fashion. The sizing is so inconsistent. Why do they put so much padding in the bras...whyyy?! All plus size women are not busty!!!Please explain to me the 'curvy girl' line! Are we not all curvy girls? 1x=2x, 2x=3x, whaaat?!?Not sure if they changed buyers but this is not it Ashley Stewart!!
