I hit a deep pothole that was filled with water on a Texas interstate. It bent my wheel... and my tire immediately went flat. I called roadside assistance and they helped me change my tire during heavy traffic and put my damaged wheel with the tire in the back of my vehicle.
I called and went to several places to have my wheel repaired, but they all had a two to three day turnaround, which wouldn't work because I would be leaving Texas in less than 2 days. I called ASAP Wheel Repair (10911 Dennis Rd Suite:503, Dallas, TX 75229) and they told me they could probably take care of it the same day. When I arrived there was no one at the shop, but they were scheduled to be back shortly. They had a friend (George) next door who took my wheel/tire and put it in their garage. Within a couple hours I received a call telling me my wheel was ready. I arrived and Angel brought my wheel/tire out, and began taking off my spare and replacing my original, which had been repaired and balanced. They took care not to damage my tire sensor also. I waited until the next day to write my review so I could say with certainty they did a great job! My wheel is perfect! Thank you to ASAP and everyone who helped make a stressful situation much better! ???

I had a wheel that was damaged on a vehicle and was in Dallas for the weekend. I wanted to get the wheel repaired and ASAP took care of me on a Saturday morning. They did a great job and got me in and out in a little more than an hour.

Bad experience with these guys, I left my rim and old guy said he’ll have it done by the next day at 2pm and said he would give me a call once done. Next day comes didn’t receive a call I called them at 4:30 they said the rim will be done by 6:30. I was on the way to get it then I called at 6 to confirm that it was going to be ready. I arrive at 6:30 guy said it wasn’t ready blaming the oven wasn’t working and now being very rude to me and saying that I don’t understand that it’s not his fault but I understand him but how are they going to tell me it’s ready then it’s not when I arrive. I knew the oven was working. Wasting gas and time, coming from Arlington too. Told him to lower the price for gas and told me to go charge oncor. The son atleast is going to bring my rim to my area where I live. Son great guy but dad who works at the shop isn’t professional very rude and doesn’t treat clients how they are supposed to. 3/10 experience don’t recommend very unprofessional. A bunch of headaches work is decent. Hopefully you guys don’t go through this.
