I got scammed. I went in asking for any cheap disposable, ask the prices on a few, and picked one and bought it. Turns out, you need a battery attachment that’s sold separately for it to actually work. The guy working obviously knew that and obviously knew I was looking for a disposable, not to have to buy something else. He sold it to me anyway. Probably thinking I would come back later and be forced to buy the battery.
I can tell you I’m not coming back to the shop ever again unless you make this right and give me my money back, or give me an actual vape that works like I was asking for.

The manager replied saying “I am happy you were able to find resolution in your 2nd visit and I made sure to do additional training with my staff.”
It’s true that I did come back and purchase something, but to be clear there was no resolution to my original issue. I wasn’t refunded or provided what I asked for originally.
Additionally, I came in again today when the manager was working, and interacted with him very politely, and he asked me to leave and banned be from the store in retaliation for this review.
He or somebody left this response to my review to make it sound like they used my review as a learning opportunity to train their employee. But it’s clear from the interaction I had today that they do not actually care and are only posting this to make it seem as if they do.
If they really think I’m the problem, they can post the videos. I invite them too.

I’ve been with this company since 2012 no matter which location I go to it always looks nice. It always smells nice. They have fair prices and the staff is beyond helpful. I highly recommend them.
