Honestly, it’s really impossible to say what the quality is since after 4 attempts to visit store it’s always closed and changing their hours. Today’s sign is they now are only open M-F 10-3pm. I wouldn’t want to consign my items here.

This store has horrible communication over its hours. I have frequently seen them listed as open on Google and on their website, only to trek over and find out they are closed. You can't trust these representations. Call before you go to avoid having them waste your time.

Store hours are ridiculous 10-5 during the week only. How do you expect people that work to come and shop? Good inventory of furniture; difficult to actually shop. I imagine there would be customer service issues if you had to follow up on a purchase or delivery since they keep bankers hours.

Top tier shopping experience!!! They have massive selection of high quality and unique pieces that can fit anyone's taste. On top of this, the staff is exceptional. They are very knowledgeable about their product selection and overall enhance the shopping experience because of their warmth and helpful nature. While they do not offer delivery, they were able to refer us to excellent movers who delivered the items the same day as purchase. If you need ANY furniture or decor, make sure to go to Area 25 first!!!

Buyer beware of fraud brand labeling and inflated pricing - Area 25 list the bed as a Bernhardt brand when in fact it’s not. Just check out the pictures of the exact same bed. When I asked can I say the Bernhardt label on the furniture, they looked puzzled in a “I gotcha” moment. I posted a pic of Area 25 photo and pricing that they had the bed tagged. This bed is posted on several sites as Coaster Furniture if you know Bernhardt that bed didn’t have the heavy feel of a Bernhardt, but yet Area 25 seems to think customers are ignorant to know the difference. Please don’t shop where the owners lie about their products. Plus, they were constantly complaining in store that all “the help” quit and there’s no one to deliver the furniture. But if you heard how condescending they are to the delivery help, it’s no wonder the store is no longer opened on Saturday’s and the store opening schedule is not stable. They don’t treat their workers well. Paige stated she pays the workers really well as if they should not be treated with respect because of the higher pay.I’ve shopped here before and won’t be shopping here again.

Dropped by this consignment shop and could not believe the amazing items available and cheaper than expected !!!Bought a few things and took with me!!! Easy and delightful.The staff/owner are really pretty too!
