Aqualux is the hands down best at cleaning and protecting your rugs and carpets. Trust me. I've used other companies. Give him a call before you touch a stain. He is not only the best at what he does, but he is also an honest, hardworking, and trustworthy person. We've worked with him for years.

I’ve had Aqualux out to two different homes. Brent took the time to explain what he was doing and worked wonders on paint that had been spilled. In our second home the carpets looked terrible before we moved in. After cleaning the floors looked as good as new! The work was done timely, efficiently and professionally respecting the furniture in place. I even learned they do tile and was impressed!Services: General carpet cleaning

Don't ask how, but I managed to spill both laundry soap and dry dog food in my trunk while driving. Aqualux not only vacuumed out the dog food for me and made sure that there was none left, but they also shampooed my carpet in my trunk. Because of the mixture of both items, the smell was not pleasant, but after they got done, it was gone! I'm so happy to have gotten this done, and will look forward to their services in the future.

Richard came out to clean 2 area rugs we have. He was knowledgeable about various rug fibers and discussed expectations. He showed up on time, was thorough in his work, polite, and respectful of our home. I had checked with 2 other companies and they wanted the rugs to be picked up or dropped off, said it would take 2-3 weeks and cost much more. The difference in how the rug looks after cleaning is quite noticable and we are happy with the results..

We have enjoyed the service thus far. They get rid of pet smells without any overlaying scents that just mask existing smells. They get rid of pet odors and leave the place clean without strong chemicals that leave a lingering smell. A little higher than the average carpet cleaners but they're service is not average. Larry

Richard and Brayden (from the Knox location) came out and cleaned pet urine out of a mattress for me and did a wonderful job. They were friendly, punctual, and thorough. Will use them for upholstery cleaning too. Excellent company.

We recently got a new member to the family a little Blue Heeler we named Maple. Well unfortunately Maple has a extreme issue with peeing in the house, and I was having difficulty training him. There were pee spots EVERYWHERE and the house smelt horrible. I had Two different carpet cleaning companies come and clean my carpet before Aqualux and It did close to nothing the spots were still there and the smell had gotten worse. I thought that it wasn't fixable, and we would have to replace our carpet. My friend that had a similar problem to me recommended Aqualux, I had my doubt and thought if Two different cleaning companies couldn't fix my carpet then I would just have to cut my losses and replace the carpet. I called later that day and had some one come out and look at my carpet. I wasn't expecting to use them but there price seemed reasonable and was shown before and after images of there work. I decided to give it one last try, replacing my carpet would be far more expensive. I asked to schedule a cleaning and was surprised to hear that they could clean it immediately. They spent about 3-4 hours cleaning all my carpet. I was shocked to see the the pee spots and smells were completely gone, weeks later nothing reappeared. I would highly recommend they saved me a lot of money.

Our technician was very nice and courteous. He helped move my sofa and chair as my cat sheds a lot. Carpet looks great and smells wonderful. Thanks much for helping and very satisfied with the quality of cleaning.
