When I called the phone number on the receipt multiple times, it went to voicemail, and you have to return to the same Store you got the clothes from to return it or exchange it? With only 7 day to do so?? That’s terrible, offer a normal return policy to any location and figure it out within the boutique owners, this is just horrible marketing for Apricot Lane as a brand, this is a deterrent to shopping there, never again. This is why people go to big name department stores, boutiques don’t offer good customer service, its better to have the option to return something if it doesn’t fit and bad customer service, than horrible return policy and bad customer service. At least have it on the receipt so we know and don’t waste our time.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!??LADIES!! Remember the scene from Pretty woman, where the store associates helped pick out clothes and she was waited on hand and foot? We’ll look no further, APRICOT LANE does just this! I was completely spoiled! I had two amazing stylists assist me in finding the absolute best outfit for this weekends Cojo concert! Thank you ladies! I can’t wait to come back and shop! Super cute outfits!! This boutique is a must to see if your in the Dallas area.

0 STARs because the service was horrible. As soon as we walked into the store the two girls at the front completely put their heads down and didn’t say a word. Every time people of color go in the store they don’t help and don’t even acknowledge you. It’s absolutely disgusting that because of my race I was denied service. I do not recommend any people of color to go there and I am very disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would’ve. I’ve tried multiple times shopping in this location and the customer service is the worst. The girls that work there only cater to white people, every time a person of color walks in they NEVER greet or HELP!! It’s the most disgusting thing. I work in retail and you never make a customer feel unwanted no matter what reason. Either they are dang lazy or just trained to work like that. Don’t recommend.
