“Tiny paint drips on my front door resulted from repaint of the hallways. I sat down and entered the building app and asked if they would be removed. I leashed my terrier and headed to elevator to take my dog out. I past maintenance on the way. My door had been repainted with we returned from the walk.”
“I've been living at the Victor for almost three years now, and I'm about to renew again because I love the building, especially the staff. They are so welcoming and always so easy to talk to; their energy is just different from any other leasing staff that I’ve toured with. I toured with Noor; she did a great job offering me the red carpet treatment. I've never looked back since. I'm happy to call this my home.”

“The overall experience here at north Dallas is AMAZING. They’re very respectful and responsive to their tenants. The process of moving is quick and the apartment complex itself is top notch. They pick up your trash for you, host events that you can attend, it’s very quiet and the people are friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Shout out to Angelica she was phenomenal!”

The area offers options for walking/running/jogging by the lakeside. During nights, the area lights up well and is quite safe for taking walks along the lakeside.”
“I spent a year at this place and no matter how hard I try, I can’t think of a bad thing to say. The leasing office staff and the maintenance team are responsible for my overwhelmingly positive experience at these apartments. All maintenance requests were responded to almost immediately, and any other issue I had would be handled by the front desk staff without any delay. The women in the front office went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience, even going so far as to offer feeding my cats when I was gone all day. The complex feels very safe and clean, and the maintenance team works their asses off all day (truly all day) to make sure of it. I had an issue with my microwave and the maintenance team ordered a new one and had it installed within a day. Getting packages in the luxer room is incredibly easy and I didn’t run into any issues. Parking is underground and there’s always spots available with elevators going directly up to your floor. The sound proofing is solid, couldn’t hear my nextdoor neighbors,(only if you’re standing in the hallway), though I got lucky with my upstairs neighbor because I think they made sure not to stomp around. Sure, I wouldn’t have minded a little more space (I had a 1B1B), but you’re paying for the location and the complex is super nice. So to everyone at the Marquis, your effort and compassion are never overlooked and I can’t express my gratitude enough.”
“Brady has been an absolutely wonderful place to live in Dallas. Michael in the leasing office gave us a fantastic tour of the building and all of its amenities, which made the experience really memorable. As runners, the close proximity to Katy Trail was icing on the cake! A few short months later we moved in, and Michael helped make the move-in process seamless. We were lucky enough to sign for our top choice apartment and have loved living here ever since. The other staff has been just as friendly and a joy to see around the Brady every day. Thank you for making our experience so great!”

Eli showed me around to the unit and gave me a tour with no prior appointment and I was able to complete my application the next day. Looking forward to moving in!”
“I really like the location (close to the airport, downtown, oaklawn, etc). The maintenance crew is very prompt and so sweet!! Maintenance is so important at a complex, and they were great.Kudos to Jay & Carolina, Apartment Life Team as well! Super sweet, nice, and approachable.The ONLYYYY reason this place is getting 4 stars is due to the dog feces!! The apartment sends out emails about it nothing further it seems like. It’s not safe to walk on the grass because you never know where the feces is. It’s nasty and smells bad.”

Helpful, professional, kind, and just great people to work with for all your needs. The community is friendly and amenities are cleaned every day. Maintenance and cleaning crews are expert and also very professional, they are here daily working hard.
Tommy the concierge is WONDERFUL, one of a kind.

“So I am not a tenant but i want to say i will try to be. Colleen went above and beyond in the rain with me in the cold and helping me measure and come up with ways to make things fit etc. She was sweet, very very willing to help, and was just all over a huge huge joy. She did not rush me at all, we even went back to the unit to measure and try to find me a storage unit. I literally cannot thank her enough. I was a leasing agent many years ago for 5 years, and trust me, the times have changed with customer service at a lot of places-but she is just a gem. I hope she stays like that forever.”
