“Stephanie and Freddy are great. They made me feel very welcome when touring the complex. This complex has really worked with me when other apartments wouldn’t give my application any time of day. I’m very grateful for their services. I move in soon and will post an update after a few months. But so far so great , I project this will be a great area. The staff is on top of their game , you can tell they care about their tenants !”

“The overall experience here at north Dallas is AMAZING. They’re very respectful and responsive to their tenants. The process of moving is quick and the apartment complex itself is top notch. They pick up your trash for you, host events that you can attend, it’s very quiet and the people are friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Shout out to Angelica she was phenomenal!”

“The ambiance inside and outside are excellent. The overall area gives good vibes and the lake is absolutely splendid. It's a good place for dining and partying in groups. The area offers options for walking/running/jogging by the lakeside. During nights, the area lights up well and is quite safe for taking walks along the lakeside.”
“I really like the location (close to the airport, downtown, oaklawn, etc). The maintenance crew is very prompt and so sweet!! Maintenance is so important at a complex, and they were great.Kudos to Jay & Carolina, Apartment Life Team as well! Super sweet, nice, and approachable.The ONLYYYY reason this place is getting 4 stars is due to the dog feces!! The apartment sends out emails about it nothing further it seems like. It’s not safe to walk on the grass because you never know where the feces is. It’s nasty and smells bad.”
“I love living here! I never want to leave home! Jenny is the cream of the crop! Her service is impeccable. The views are amazing, I feel safe, everyone is friendly I have a 16 year old yorkie and he loves all the other dogs he sees on the daily. My daughter has a direct view of the W hotel from her bedroom she loves it. Me and my fiancé can walk have drinks and not worry about ride share problems or places to visit.”

“I've been living at Vail Village Club for over 7 years. One of the things I appreciate about it, is the maintenance staff person, Joe. Joe is such very reliable and kind person. I haven't had an issue that wasn't addressed. He's responsive. If there's ever a delay, he explains why and is very apologetic. He a great worker with a good heart. Those things makes a difference.”

“So I am not a tenant but i want to say i will try to be. Colleen went above and beyond in the rain with me in the cold and helping me measure and come up with ways to make things fit etc. She was sweet, very very willing to help, and was just all over a huge huge joy. She did not rush me at all, we even went back to the unit to measure and try to find me a storage unit. I literally cannot thank her enough. I was a leasing agent many years ago for 5 years, and trust me, the times have changed with customer service at a lot of places-but she is just a gem. I hope she stays like that forever.”
