Jerry was so friendly and helpful! He showed me multiple floor plans so I knew what was available. Everyone on staff introduced themselves. Best tour I’ve taken in Dallas!

The AMLI team is fantastic! Kylie, Adrienne, and Brooke are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to assist you in any way possible. The maintenance team is also second to none! You will enjoy living in this safe neighborhood right in the heart of uptown!

Besides the movers (clearly not relevant to this question) everything was awesome. The staff communicates well, is available to help, and very friendly. Great experience.

Went in for a tour today and can hands down say Kylie is the best leasing agent we’ve dealt with yet. She knew answers to our questions, was very friendly and welcoming, etc. The property is nice & clean. The best tour we’ve had thus far!

I visited this Community last week and loved the atmosphere and the staff. Kylie and Adrien were so friendly and welcoming. The community is located by several coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was clean and the area is safe and a place I am going to love to live in.

When i lived here it was fine at first but the amount of shootings right outside the apartment stressed me out. Bullets could easily fly right into the apartment. After about 16-20 shootings within a few months they raised the pricing about $400 each month. It took about 3-4 months before i was able to receive my security deposit back.Management was very rude and condescending when questions were asked. The young maintenance man at the time would walk into my apartment without knocking. I don’t wear shorts all the time in my own apartment so this made me uncomfortable. They are very rude in their responses to low ratings telling people that their “assessment is not valid” or something along those lines. Instead of trying to argue with peoples actual experiences maybe try to see what they are informing y’all of so that improvements can be made.

TLDR: Poor management, charge you an arm and a leg needlessly and with poor explanation upon move out, and be prepared to live in fear of things like: breaking down your cardboard boxes wrong, your dog barking once, 0/2 elevators working correctly, or playing music at the pool. After almost 2 years there, I can safely say that my experience living at this apartment has soured me to any Amli property in the future. The first year was great, but unfortunately, the management practices completed changed during my second year. I have exuded patience, compassion, and understanding that the management team of this property have a job to do. However, I have tried to nicely address these issues and ask clarifying questions upon moving out, and have yet to receive a call back to this day after multiple attempts. While the apartment unit is nice, it is definitely not nice enough to warrant the way the property is managed. For starters, the community says they are pet friendly, but the reality is that management spends most of their time watching the cameras for any "disturbance" (ie: a dog sniffing another dog in the pet park), only to have your dog park access revoked and have you be forced to take your dog to the street (not safe for anyone, but especially young females). This leaves owners, even ones who have well-trained and well-behaved dogs like mine, to be terrified of living in the community for fear that management will one day decide to revoke my access. This has not happened to me, but I know others who have been targeted. Mind you, actual safety concerns are rarely addressed, but a dog barking forces an email to the entire community weekly.Secondly, several times management requested entry to my apartment when I was not home. I work in an office from 8:30am-5:30pm and, despite explaining my work situation, I was told that entry needed to be granted between 9:00am-5:00pm and there was no alternative given to me. One of these times was to do a "pre-move-out inspection" which I was told would be uploaded to my resident portal - it never was, despite my asking management for this twice via email and once in person. I was told repeatedly "The only issue we remember were some scratches on the blinds, so you are good!" - (Obviously false, see below).Lastly, I requested via email to be present during my move out inspection and received confirmation of this. When I went to the leasing office to begin the inspection, I was told "We do these the day after move out, and the resident isn't typically present," despite presenting the email where I was told otherwise. I left to drive away, and an hour later received a call that the leasing office had been mistaken and that my inspection actually did take place that day. After all of this, I was charged my entire security deposit and an additional $300. Mind you, I lived in the apartment for 11 months and it had normal wear and tear. They charged $200 just for holes to be filled - I did not mount or anchor anything, only small nails and screws. They charged $100 for a baseboard cleaning. These are things I could have easily done myself if I had been allowed to be present at the inspection. Clearly, the apartment wanted to update the unit and used me to do so. As stated, I tried to address these concerns with management, and aside from the sweet desk worker (Adrienne), I still have never received communication.

I really am frustrated. My girlfriend just moved here so I stayed at hers last night. Got there at 9:30 last night and left at 8:30 this morning. It's a wednesday for reference. Didn't go through the 10 minute process of registering my license because I was told I would be fine if it's just one night in the middle of the week. Woke up with a boot on my car. Had to pay $105, made me late for work, and I have to return the damn thing twenty minutes away??? Don't call it guest parking if it isn't for guests. Sleezeballs

Darwin Romero is the man! He provides excellent service and even helped me to resolve a leasing issue early in the morning when I was moving between units in May. Darwin & his maintenance team provide quick service and are always professional.Everything about the AMLI Quandrangle complex is solid from high quality units, good common areas, and great location in uptown. With that said there are currently two construction sites next to the complex. My unit is right next to the construction and noise has not been an issue, but if you are sensitive to this it is something to consider. Also, this is owned by AMLI which is a massive real-estate company and they will not hesitate to algorithmically raise your rent at the end of your term. This is unfortunately the status-quo when renting an apartment in the city and not specific to AMLI. If AMLI truly wants to stand out as the best possible place for renters, their corporate office should consider rewarding loyalty by keeping rent constant or even providing discounts.

My wife & I lived at Amli Quadrangle for 2 years. Our time there was nothing short of fantastic. The management/ maintenance teams are both thoughtful and nice and make sure that the complex is always in pristine condition. Seriously, you won’t find a single piece of trash in the hallways or common spaces! Amli Quadrangle had a unique location for us, within walking distance to everything we needed. I highly recommend.
