My husband paid $150 for the ITIN application, $290 for tax preparation. 16 weeks passed and nothing, when in the office they say that the process takes between 8 or 12 weeks, one by calling week after week the only thing they tell you is that the application is still in process.In the end we had to call the IRS to find out that the applications were rejected due to lack of documents to confirm the identity of the husband. The IRS sent them a notification that they needed more documents to confirm my husband's identity and one called every week, which they did, they sent the same applications this time without a hyphen in the last name, instead of contacting us they sent other applications that were rejected. "is incredible"When we showed up at the office because we wanted a refund they told us “that we can't do it anymore because their work was already done and the rest did not depend on them” in other words a robbery caused my husband to lose money and time.

Nora was wonderful! She has amazing customer service and a beautiful personality! I love that she showed interest in not just the job but also myself as a person, i felt so comfortable talking with her! Will definitely continue seeing her from now on as well as recommending people I know to come see her!
