We hired them a year ago, super nice when you first hire them and sign up......and then the nightmare begins!!!!! They hired a company called tacoma mover, where they are,who they are you will never find out!! A huge truck load went" missing" nobody knew where our stuff was....you call heritage and they put you on hold, connect you and tell you they call back just to get you off the phone.....we got our items about 1 month late. 1 month!!!!!!! Now here it comes, it was thrown in this truck like you wouldnt believe.....broken nightstands, half a kingsize bed missing, a platform that was custoum made. Lamps broken, chairs stained nothing was wrapped. I think thise people are evil. So please please please please DO NOT hire them!!!!! They be shut down sooner or later. You can however report them to DOT, check your State, they were awesome!!!!! This company will be shut down, contact DOT if you havnt received your items or they just lie to you. Nobody knows about DOT....so if you lets say live in Virginia you contact VDOT, they have authority over them!!!!!!!!...good luck.

ABSOLUTELY WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER SEEN. David calls and urges us to pay the money. That's it! They don't answer the phone calls, nor they delivered our items yet. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

I talked to David with American Heritage, he gave me a decent quote. So I booked my moving and storage service on Thursday, October 5, 2023. Then a friend called and gave me the number of her service. It wasn't 30 minutes and I called and spoke with David, told him to not submit my payment that I was using another service. He said ok. I also emailed him for a paper trail. Two days later I get a notice that my payment went through. I attempted to call David again and text him on his cell phone, no response. I called my bank to make a fraud complaint and will be contacting a lawyer. These low grade moving companies hurt people when they are on a tight budget. Do not use American Heritage, they have a BBB score of F. They lie and take your money, scammers.

Do not use this company, very dishonest, scammers, these people have taken my money and won't return it. They haven't done the job. On moving date, they sent four men and a pick up truck and went through my house to requote the job. At that point, I told him to leave. I have quoted the job with Chris of American Heritage. They sent blue line trucking to requote my job when I thought they were picking it up. Four men in a pick up truck on a Friday afternoon. Showed up at my house to re-quote it. What kind of company does this, scammers cheaters liars you name it, ow I have to press charges with Las Vegas Police Department and contact in attorney , this so-called moving company should be illegal .

American Heritage Moving and Storage falsely represented the cost of a move by severely underbidding. They sourced a trucking company that did not pick up on time 7pm instead of 9am. They refused to take all my belongings, asked for additional money upon arrival, movers told me if I didn't give them $1000.00 cash tip they would raise price, and broke many items like antique stained glass widows. Also they didn't wrap all my belongings.American Heritage Relocation's phone lines do not connect to an operator. The original email address used for correspondence now bounces, while the original phone number used for text message communication no longer replies. Stay away, moving is stressful enough!!!

Was getting a quote on the phone and we asked a lot of questions. The CSR Nathan was doing okay and then all of a sudden he let out a big sigh that he was getting frustrated at the questions which were legitimate . NO WAY you do that on the phone to a customer. I am in customer service and my boss would have shot me. NO WAY to do business when I am trying to give you 2500 dollars. I would not use this company if they moved my son for free. CRAPPY!!

ZERO STARS-BEWARE! This company was a nighter from the beginning. Intentionally leaving off large items that were discussed in detail to meet my budget, only to end up paying almost 2k over initial price. They read the contract with you in the phone skipping an entire area but insisting you sign and email back with them on the phone. 30 days from pick up I received my items with a broken tv and shelving unit. I do not look forward to dealing with a claim. I have never had such a bad experience to the point ai lost my temper and yelled at someone on the phone. Rude, over talk you, etc. I had enough. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! You will also be hit on with movers writing phone numbers down. AKWARD. They know where I live.

Janet Farnsworth. The worst company ever they want a deposit which they say they’ll return if you don’t move. This was in August and they refuse to refund my money and Joseph just harasses us for more money which thankfully we did not give him. Jacob just turns us over to the girls in the office and they are downright nasty. I have never dealt with such an unethical group. They get a minus 20 rating from us!!

After a vidio walk through documenting every item to be packaged and loaded etc. They showed up a day late. No boxes, tape, bubble wrap, to small of a truck, not enough guys, didn't know they were packing anything or that it was going to take 2 days and be 80 miles away. Filed a claim with the bank, called BBB, numerous calls, beware!

Please, please,please DO NOT(!!!!!!!!!!) hire those People!!!!!! Horrific!!!!!! They hired a Company called Tacoma Movers, nobody kept us updated where our Stuff was, kept saying we get back to you but never did!!!!!!!!!! Finally our Stuff arives a Month after it was supposed to arrive, tons of stuff broken, tons of stuff missing including half of a King size Bed!!!!!! Never ever received the platform for our Bed and so on!!!!!!! Shame on you all!!!!!!!!

Terrible communication. I was in upstate NY, 200 miles from my home in PA. I was cleaning out a family member's storage unit and found much more than I had room to bring back, so I searched for a moving company.At 5 pm they called me, right after I had put in a mover request through Budget. I needed a mover by 11 am the next morning, absolutely no later, as we had to get back home. They said the manager had found a truck for me and they would call me in 2 hours to let me know the pickup time. They got a $625 deposit from me (about 45% of the total moving cost, instead of the 18% in their contract) via CashApp. When I hadn't heard from them the next morning, I called and texted them repeatedly, starting at 7 am, stating I needed a confirmation by 8 am. When I hadn't heard anything from them by 9 am, I got a local mover to immediately come over and start loading. At 9:30, American Heritage sent me a text saying a truck would come 12-5 pm. I immediately called and cancelled. An hour later, the driver called and I had to cancel with him as well.American Heritage has refused to refund my deposit. They did not do the move. They were unable to do so in the time frame I made very clear that I needed and that they agreed to. They did not answer my calls.

If there was a rating lower than 1 I would definitely say this company is that. Our pick up date was Tuesday and they said “they will be there from 2-5” and they never showed up. Wednesday comes around “okay I talked to the driver they will be there from 2-5 today” never shows up. Thursday.. I get in contact with the driver this morning “we will be there around 4-5 today” doesn’t show up. Now our electricity and water is cut off from this apartment and we have to move out with all of our furniture still in the house. How do you misjudge a pick up time SO bad??? Also if you try and reach out to them regarding the questions they do not answer. When our driver never showed up Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday no one was answering the phone… I would finally get a hold of a dispatcher and he gave me attitude because he’s “got a lot of things going on at work.” DO NOT CHOSE THIS COMPANY

Scam artists! I don't see how the people who work here can look at themselves in the mirror. The 5 star reviews on here are fake. Do an online search for moving scam to see why hiring a moving broker like this is the worst thing you could possibly do for your move.This company is part of a common moving scam where they will appear for a few months or a year, screw a bunch of people over, then simply disappear and establish a new company with a new name once the bad reviews get to be too numerous. Then in a year, new company, new name. rinse lather repeat.Terrible company, terrible people.
