I have been a long time customer but will be taking my business elsewhere. Tonight i paid for a theater ticket and saw a sign to ask about a clearance section. I made a point to come back into the store and attemoted to purchase smultiple items from the. Learance sectopn when the clerk told me the item was marked wrong and he would not honor the price. I have never had an experience like that at any store. So instead of me spending an additonal 30 and being a continued customer, the store lost out on that sales and my future business. I was not crazy about the crude behavior of the salesperson either. More appropriate of someone who should work at Bliss. Poor business approach.

Last night was my first going to an theatre (or arcade) and I had the time of my life! I for one really enjoyed all the guys walking around. It was great to pick guys to take turns using me. I might be there a little more often now. I love being slutted out and this is def a great place for it.

Good place overall, the quality has improved since last year, the daily arcade rate is reasonable for a whole day's experience.

Amazing is the best arcade in Dallas recent one $10 fee unlimited videos there 19 private rooms. Staff is amazing!!

my buddy took me for the first time; staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The place is clean, good lighting all the area, item for sale is reasonable prices, varieties of VDO choices AND the rest room is very clean and big., entrance fee is good for quick-long fun. Things that they need to invest are; trash bin, paper towels. I will go again and make sure I have tissue with me. the vdo room is great, you can watch next door actions and they can watch yours too. Awesome. Go to experiences yourself; Don't just read from all viewers. I have good fun there.

People take their mask off once they enter the arcade area. Floors in the rooms are filthy. Condoms stuck on the floor with fecal matter and urine filling every trash can in every single arcade room. It was cold outside but they refused to set the thermostat higher than 62 degrees so it was cold in the arcade section. Avoid unless you want to catch Covid-19 or you want to freeze to death in a pig pen. This place should be closed and considered a health hazard. The clerk was also rude to me and wouldn't issue a refund after I did a walk through of the arcade. I will be contacting the health department and the SOB division to inform them of my experience and findings. If you're the owner, this was my last visit.

If you're looking for a great experience this is the place to go the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It has a clean environment and a great selection and the manager (Will) Will go over and beyond to make sure you are happy I highly recommend this awesome store.
